Comments about Cortina Travel System - Hazelwood:

I really don't understand all the glowing reviews.
First, I'll say what I do like about this travel system:
I LOVE the car seat, and I like that the car seat easily fits in the stroller. And I LOVE the sun shade, but that's about it.
            What I don't like:
The wheels. I knew when I purchased it that they were the hard wheels, but I had no idea I would hate that so much walking around our Chicago neighborhood. The clickilty clank noise going over the lines in the sidewalk drove me insane. One reviewer said they loved the shocks on the stroller....they must be using this thing at the mall because there is absolutely no shock absorption. Not on sidewalks anyway.
The recline option is nice, but in the most raised position my 9 month old baby still looks like she's practically lying down. It just doesn't sit up straight enough so she can really see out. And the bottom part of the seat seems as though it's slanting down, so my baby is always slumped way down in the seat. The only thing keeping her from sliding down even more is the crotch strap.
The 5 point harness is nice, but when I went to unhook the shoulder straps I couldn't get them to unhooked. Pretty frustrating.
And the shoulder area is way too tight even for my slim 9 month old.

Comments about Cortina Travel System - Hazelwood:

Overall, it's a great stroller. Very easy to fold up & the car seat is secure. My only complaint is the basket access. When the car seat is in, the stroller back needs to be reclined making it impossible to get things in & out of the basket. I look forward to my daughter being the the bigger seat, so I can have better access.

Comments about Cortina Travel System - Hazelwood:

I absolutely LOVE it!!! This is even a stroller that even my husband will be proud to push around. We ordered this for our baby girl who is due in March. We wanted something that didn't scream boy or girl but rather be gender neutral and this IS IT!!! I am 33 weeks pregnant and put the whole system together by myself in about 30min.
Car seat is lightweight and stroller folds and unfolds easily!
