I just received this for my 18 month old son today! I love it! The only thing I would change would be to have it closer to the table! But I love it! It will come in handy for when we go out to eat, so we dont have to use those nasty highchairs that everyone uses!

This is easy to assemble and use and great for my 8 month old babies. They love joining us at the table. The three con's are that it is heavier than I expected, that it doesn't fold/ collapse as easily as I'd like, and that it is, overall, bigger than I would like when collapsed (the "arms" stick out). If you are willing to disassemble it, then clearly it has a smaller footprint.

Despite these con's, i would recommend in terms of value for $.

We eat out of our home a lot and this chair is great. Attaches well to most tables and is convenient when you are eating at a place that doesn't have a highchair (holiday dinners). I like that the child is a part of the meal since they are the same hight as everyone else. In restaraunts the highchairs seem to keep the child lower. I've had a number of people ask where we got our chair. My only complaint is that the release button sticks sometimes but I'm sure a little washing and some WD40 would do the trick.

We are a young couple and love to go out with our friends out to eat . This is absolutely perfect. Our son can sit at our level at the table and interact with everyone plus it doesn't take up as much space as those clunky wooden highchairs at the restaurants. It has fit on every table we've used it on ranging from super thin to chunky and its very sturdy. the only issue is I have no idea how to fold it up to carry it around the instructions included were very vague.

We looked at other brands and chose this for the price point. We've had it for a month now and it is stable, easy to wipe clean, and a good size for our 7 month old to grow into. We will use it as long as possible and it has a seat belt to constrain squirmy children. Our son enjoys sitting at the table with us and feels included in our dinner time. Happy we got it. It was easy to assemble out of the box but we haven't yet disassembled and traveled with it.

I own the Chicco Caddy & the Inglesina Fast. We use the Fast at home, where it stays permanently attached to the table. The Chicco is the one that comes with us. It's more flexible with different types of tables and MUCH faster to set up. We use it with a plastic placemat underneath the arms, which keeps the table clean, is more sanitary for our son & the chair is still just as secure. I love the Chicco and would purchase another one if I ever needed to.

This is an okay seat. My toddler does not last long in any seat but he does like to feel like he is sitting at the table and this does the trick. It is hard to clean and gets pretty messy. The cover comes off but is hard to get back on. I had to remove the foam that is under the cover to get it back on. I have been using it for about 6 months and now I am having trouble removing it from the table. One of the parts that keeps it from moving keeps getting stuck. It still works but takes a few tries before it comes off. I do not think I will use this seat for my second child.

This is such an awesome seat. I hate when you go into a restaurant and the high chairs there are either dirty as can be or missing the seat belt. (or both!) Problem solved with this chair. It is light weight. Easy to use. I love it! I have only had a hard time with it at one restaurant that had a large lip on the edge of the table. Other than that one time I have had the best experiences with this. I love it!

We use this for everyday feeding -- lets us get our daughter close to the table so we can eat together. The only drawback is that it's not as easy to clean as I hoped -- it's difficult to get all of the metal pieces of the frame out of the seat to wash the canvas. It may get easier with use.

I got this seat for my 6 month old because I didn't like her being below the table height while sitting in the highchairs at restaurants. I also hated her sitting at the end of the table in the aisle where people could run into her, drop stuff on her, the waiters would reach over her and it drove me crazy. This seat can be put inside the booth or on the other side of one of us. I haven't found a table that it wouldn't attach to yet. We also used it while traveling to family's houses. The cover comes off easily to clean and air dries quickly. My only con is that when you fold it up, it doesn't stay folded. I cut a peice of velcro to wrap around the bars and it does fine. I only wish I could have found it in a more girlie color!

I love this chair on our kitchen table! We have a bar height table and I was worried with the seats that attach to the chair. This seat was the perfect solution. I had to measure first to make sure it would fit over our wide top and it did. Even though when we got it and I saw where the clamps needed to go I didn't think it would work because that is where the leaf extension is built into the talble but it DID fit like a glove. My 7 month old can now sit with us at the table and loves it. It is too big for hime right now so I have some blankets under him and behind him (he was premature), I know we will be using this for a long time. Oh, and clean up is simple. Just a wet cloth!

We used this chair when eating out at restaurants. I got tired of having to clean every single high chair and didn't feel that may baby was safe in the wooden chairs.
I wouldn't recommend this chair for use at home, but it was a life saver on the go. My son loved sitting in the chair; it was at the perfect position at the table. It was so easy to put on the table and get off after we were finished. I have had so many comments about it when we use it. Also, it is reasonably priced.

This is great when eating out or traveling. Not all places have booster seats/high chairs and this is easy to hook on to table and child is at level with everyone else.

The Chicco hook-on chair was the first seat we bought. We thought it would be a useful space-saver in our small city apartment. We soon got rid of this seat and replaced it with a great booster seat made by Fisher Price. The booster hooks onto a chair, is plastic and easy to clean, has a tray and is very portable-- a great product.

The main problems with the Chicco seat were:
-the lack of a feeding tray, which creates a mess on the table at every meal,
-the gap between seat and table, which causes food to fall on the floor, and
-the major difficulty cleaning the seat (cleaning the seat with a sponge isn't effective, so the seat was disgusting all the time-- the canvas part needs to be removed and washed in the sink to properly clean it, and then it takes time to dry-- very impractical).
