It's full of Cheerios, yes. Our daughter loves Cheerios, so this is a good thing. But the great thing is the single Cheerio dispenser. It is just a little teardrop-shaped hole that lets out anywhere from 0 to 3 Cheerios at a time. This is perfect for doling out Cheerios on-the-go. We use it for controlled emergency feedings on the subway. It's been a lifesaver! We lost this container (it's reusable) so now we're replacing it.
