My skin is 56 years old, and very sensitive. I have tried many "sensitive" soaps, but nothing compares to this. Gentle, cleans well, and not irritating at all. Leaves my skin soft.

I made a mistake. I researched cleansing bars for sensitive skin and came across this. Read the reviews and thought this was for me. Alas, it came and right away I noticed a very strong perfume scent. (Scented stuff irritates my skin to the point that it will bleed). I looked at the ingredient label and there it was ... "Masking fragrance". But.. it was not masked. So if the perfume chemicals are in there, and now also additional chemicals to hide the scent (which isn't working).. this is definitely not a soap for sensitive skin.

I am posting this review in hopes someone else that has skin as sensitive as mine will take note and not just go by all the good reviews.. but will see this does contain fragrance and more chemicals that should be avoided.

The only soap that doesn't dry out my skin. I have atopic dermatitis this is the only soap that doesn't leave me dry.

The original (nonanti-bacterial) bar works great for sensitive skin - we've used it for years. Unfortunately the packaging for the original and anti-bacterial look a lot alike. The anti-bacterial tends to dry sensitive skin. Due to the similarity of the packaging it is not uncommon for the incorrect anti-bacterial product to be sent.
