We've had this highchair for a couple of months now & I think it's a good chair. It's the most "girlie" highchair I could find...which is great because I have two older boys & I'm so excited that I'm able to buy PINK stuff!

I like that the chair isn't big & bulky...and that it has a dishwasher safe tray. I wish it were on wheels, but I don't think I've ever seen a wooden highchair on wheels before. Not a big deal since it's lightweight and easy to just pick up if we need to move it.

Unfortunately the highchair arrives completely UNassembled! My husband put the chair together. It took him at least an hour.

But my biggest complaint is that that within a week or two of putting it together, one of the straps that hold the cushion to the back of the chair came unstitched, which makes the shoulder strap not hold my daughter properly & allows the cushion to slide around. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me that since it was a new product, they didn't have replacement parts for it yet. They offered to completely replace the chair...but after all of the time my husband spent putting it together, I wasn't about to ask him to take it all apart & then put a brand new one back together once it arrived!!! I called the manufacturer a month later & was told the same thing. They still didn't have any replacement parts. I'm sure I can just sew it back together, but that's not the point! When you buy something, you expect it to last more than a couple of weeks!! And you should be able to rely on the manufacturer to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer...but in todays society, that mindset is rare!

This highchair seems very sturdy. Once I fix the strap, I'm sure it will last a very long time.
