I bought this for my 16 month old to wear for Halloween. I tried it on her and it was so comfy she played for awhile in it without attempting to take it off or even push the hood off. It's so difficult to get little ones to wear a hat/wig/etc. so the romper style with a hood is perfect for this age. And so cute!

Cute costume! I love that it will be really warm for my girls. Well made, will be able to reuse or pass down for years to come...unlike costumes at [@] or the like.Con: The tights are small and they are so cute, it's one of the reasons I chose this costume! I'll just throw on a pair of leggings and they will be good to go!

This is a great costume for a one year old. It is easy to put on and is soft so it doesn't irritate them. The costume is a little bulky (so if it is hot outside they may sweat) but otherwise it it great!

This costume is great! I bought it for my 2 1/2 year old daughter(she's really tiny) and she loves it ....she didn't want to take it off. The kitty cat part fits perfectly!! But the tights are fit very strangely. They have a huge area for the crotch but NO room for the legs. I doubt they would even fit an 18 month old. So I only gave this four stars because the tights are trash for us. Have to buy some at the store.

I ordered this costume for my 2 year old and was so happy when I recieved it in only 1 day. It is so adorable! The only negative thing is the tights are way too small for her. They look like they will fit a 1 year old, rather than a 2 year old.

The costume is super cute but small. My daughter is a tiny four month old (wearing 0-3 normally and only 11.5 lbs) and it fits her perfect. It works great for us but it would be too small for a baby normally wearing 3-6 month sizes.

This costume is so cute and made so well! It's great for a baby to wear on a cool evening. I love how soft it is too!

Very cute and comfy infant costume, and we plan to use it as a warm vest/jacket during the winter months until she outgrows it.

This costume is so cute. I am sad to be returning it. My almost 4 month old daughter fits perfectly into the size 6 month costume right now. (It's the end of September.) With the way she's growing, I do not think she would fit into this size by the end of next month. I wish there was a 9 month size available.

I do think this costume is perfect fpr average/small sized babies. It really is adorable.

kitty for halloween

This is the second year I purchased a Halloween costume for my daughter. Last year she was the little ducky and this year the kitty cat. Both costumes are great for the fact they serve a dual purpose. 1. they are A-DOR-ABLE and 2. they are warm for the chilly nights out. HOWEVER!!! I am amazed that a company that has been in business as long as carters doesn't know how to make tights. The leg length for the tights for BOTH costumes fell VERY SHORT!!! I have an average size daughter. She wont be recruited into the WNBA anytime soon, so I know it's not her. But the legs on the tights barely go past her knees then it's all CROTCH area. She doesn't wear a hefty bag for a diaper. I don't understand why I need THAT MUCH room in the diaper area and no room for legs. I thought maybe I got a bad batch last year but this year the same thing for the kitty costume. I'll be buying her some tights from the store and giving the ones that came with to someone with a newborn. they MIGHT fit them.
