I got this bra to wear in my third trimester as I continue to grow and have difficulty finding comfortable bras. This bra was extremely comfortable, however the straps come up so high that it is basically a sports bra. I returned it because I could only wear it with turtle necks and t-shirts without the large straps showing. It doesn't provide as much support as a traditional sports bra so I don't recommend running in it, but it would be nice if you wanted a comfy bra to wear around the house or doing light exercise where you don't need a lot of support.
