I have been using this diaper spray for 3 years with my toddler son and now my newborn son, and I love it. It is gentle even with antibiotic diaper rash, and it gets ANY poop off the most sensitive of places...mothers of boys can appreciate all the creases:) I would recommend this to anyone wanting to make a messy diaper change easier and more comfortable, also works great for a quick wipe down and smells wonderful!

This is my 2nd bottle of this stuff. As the mom of b/g twins, I am constantly changing diapers. My baby girl has awful skin problems and always seems to have diaper rash making changing her diaper no fun for either of us! But this product makes it much easier to wipe her little bum with minimum discomfort for her, and doesn't break her out even more.

This product is great for soothing diaper rash and other irritations, but I also use it to remove the "sticky stuff" from my son's bottom.

It has a pleasant smell and works wonderfully in soothing irritated areas. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's rather expensive. However, I still highly recommend it and will buy it again.

When diaper rash comes along, this is the best remedy. To spray directly on bum, or on washcloth - soothing, gets diaper area nice and clean without irritation.

My daughter was going thru some bad diaper rash while teething and this was so gentle - it made wiping up easy and quick without causing pain for her. Amazing...I still use a spray or two on every diaper change! And I use it on my toddler too!

If you dilute this with 1/2 or even 3/4 regular tap water, it lasts much longer and gets the job done. I am very happy with California baby products.

So I'm a doctor and a first time mom. I practice Western medicine and I believe in appropriate use of chemicals and medications. I'm anti-granola/anti-tree-hugging, so I rolled my eyes when I was sucked into the California Baby vortex. I thought I would buy the product then have proof that the "California Baby" name is simply a trendy way to claim to be "green". I will admit that I WAS WRONG. This product is the only thing that actually improves my child's angry butt! It works and it works fast. We call it "the spritzer" and we use it at every diaper change. It keeps her hiney healthy and happy. It is no match for the really bad poops, but we use the California Baby Diaper Cream for those times and presto...looks better in the morning. My eyes are no longer rolling and I'm forking over the cash to the California Baby Miracle Juice. I thank you and my baby's butt thanks you!!

My baby girl was prone to diaper rashes since birth, we tried every, I mean EVERY brand of wipe and the only thing that remotely worked were flannel wipes with plain water. But she would still get a rash, even with using powder and a&d at every diaper change. Enter this spray into the picture, no more rash, and we don't even need to use the ointment anymore! We use full strength, so it only lasts a few weeks, but well worth every penny to prevent a sore tush. It also works wonders on scrapes and cuts, and on mommy's burn from taking pizza out of the oven!

I will be a forever buyer of California Baby products! I had no idea this product would work so well but it is truly amazing! I use it every time I change my newborn baby girl and it cleans and soothes very well. I use the calendula cream as well on her and her skin is perfect. She had chapped skin on her butt cheeks and it looked very painful, these two products cured her completely withen three days unlike your typical diaper cream which did nothing at all. I am so happy I discovered these items and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I bought this based on the positive reviews about it removing the leftover "flecks" after a dirty diaper change. I didn't notice anything amazing about it or its abilities to clean better than a wipe. I use Kirkland wipes and Diapers.com diapers, and this doesn't really add anything to my diapering routine. Smells nice, but I wouldn't buy again.

This is a great spray that can be used to clean and calm the diaper area. I find it especially nice to use while cleaning up after a soiled diaper. I spray a little on and use a wipe and the poop comes away with ease. And the best part is that baby's skin is clean and calm. If I notice any irritation I use the spray and once the area is dry I also use the claming cream. Wonderful products. Very gentle. The spray lasts for months with regular use.

I use this product along with a wet wash cloth in place of wipes to clean my daughter at each diaper change. She has never had diaper rash. And the product cleans really well & smells great!

One hint of a rash and a spritz of this spray sent my daughter through the roof. It definitely DOES BURN.
This product cleans better than the average baby wipe. My 10 month old seemed to tolerate the frequent diaper changes that come with cloth diapering. It smells great and cleans fantastically. However, she never had rash until I started using this spray and now I'm thinking of going back to the standard wipe :(
