The long tube as shown in the picture is not what gets delivered. It is a shorter tube that is very hard to get the contents out of. I end up cutting the tube down and just sticking my finger in which is a pain. This long tube is great, I wish they'd send this one. Overall, Burt's bees is fantastic and worked over EVERY other product I tried including prescriptions to get rid of diaper rash.
