Comments about Indie Twin Stroller - Lava:

We bought this when our second baby was 9 months old and our first baby was 3 1/2. We used it near-daily for over a year before losing it to an unforunate housing disaster.
I could not praise the stroller highly enough (to anyone who would listen) at the time we purchased it in 2010.
I also owned a Bugaboo Frog (also lost in the above mentioned disaster). I am now considering purchasing a new stroller (for 6 month old baby #3) and Bumbleride is my first choice. In fact, I wouldn't even give Bugaboo a glance at this point.
The Indie Twin is great because it provides a smooth ride, easy turning and handling (one-handed control is a huge thing for a double stroller!), lots of comfort for the kids and lots of underseat storage. All of those things were important to me. I needed a double that would fit comfortably in most stores, but also have enough storage to act as a car substitute. We lived in a very urban city and I walked everywhere, I needed to use that thing as a grocery cart, kid-taxi, etc.
It was great! It met all those demands and then some. Yes, folded, it's pretty big and a bit cumbersome, but when you're wheeling it around everywhere, I found it handled like a dream.
Right now I am considering purchasing the Indie single since #2 is almost 4 and a little old for strolling.
The store where we purchased it said they were trying to get rid of 2009 models, but ended up giving us a 2010.
This is where the BUT comes in...the 2010 model included a ton of accessories. 0urs came with the bumper bars/car seat adapter (they were the same thing back then??), rain cover, mosquito net and cup holder.
My complaint with Bumbleride is that it now appears that each of these items (save the cup holder) must be purchased separately. And I'm pretty sure the prices have gone up considerably since 2010. I find it frustrating to get less for more money.
Still, I am not living in that urban city any more and need a stroller for more occasional use, and I am still thinking that the Bumbleride is worth it, I just won't be likely to purchase the extras, which may give me less functionality.
All in all though - I think this is a great stroller!

Comments about Indie Twin Stroller - Seagrass:

First let me start off by saying before I bought this stroller I was using a city mini double. Yes the city mini was awesome but the Bumbleride blows it out of the water. The colors are beautiful (we bought Seagrass) and the stroller is sturdy and very easy to maneuver. I love the tires, they make the ride so smooth, and the basket underneath is big and actually useable! I have not tried to jog with it yet but I have taken it shopping and walking and it's great. It's definitely a "luxury" stroller. The seats are very plush and the frame a clean looking polished aluminum. Overall the stroller is just gorgeous. The only complaint I have is that I wish it folded flat! I bought it on sale so the price was a little less of a shock to my poor husband (just a little) but if the price is not a problem I would recommend this stroller to everyone! My 3 year old and 6 month old love it.

Comments about Indie Twin Stroller - Seagrass:

I have a toddler and a newborn...my kids are 19 months apart and while pregnant I went on a wild rampage to gain as much knowledge as I could to find the best double stroller in the market. I considered price, weight, size, mobility, etc...you name it I covered it. Not only do I have 2 babies but their both under 2...oh, did I mention I'm a single mom with no help. Well then, even more of a reason to find the ideal stroller.

The Bumbleride Indie Twin is user friendly, easy to close and open, light weight, fashionable, good storage space, goes anywhere wheel chairs fit, great for jogging, very comfy ( according to my toddler), spacious enough for children up to 3 years of age or more, and drives like a dream. I have no negative comments to make about this stroller. I guess the only downside is the price but hey we can't win every battle. One thing I'll say is that it's definitely worth it. Btw, my infant carrier is a Maxi Cosi and it works well with the universal adapter. By far the Seagrass is my favorite color but that is also because I have 2 boys. Absolutely adorable, I get compliments all the time. Best of luck to all the parents out there I really hope this helps.

Comments about Indie Twin Stroller - Ruby:

Did a lot of research on what stroller to get for my twins. This one fit the bill. It has great features like a basket you can actually access, tires, maneuvers easily, and looks great.

The only draw back was the cup holder hitting things but it is also removable, so problem solved. Price is up there, but I don't plan on buying any other stroller. It is heavier but that comes with it being well built.

Use it every where and LOVE IT.

Comments about Indie Twin Stroller - Seagrass:

I chose this stroller because my Graco 32 wouldn't fit in a double BOB...I was so thrilled with the color and the safety features as I read before my purchase. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. It was a wobbly ride and very cumbersome to use. I returned it once the baby was old enough to use a BOB Duallie.
