I love my cameleon and own almost every accessory. Although I have two snack trays already compatible for my Bugaboo, I naturally wanted the bugaboo version since I was sure it was going to be amazing. Boy was I wrong.
I was immediately shocked by how small the tray was when I received it in the mail. I clicked it in and found it to sit too high and close to my daughters chest and the connection on only one side seems odd and incomplete.
I couldnt wait to try out all the different features and positions..until I realized they were far too easy for my daughter to play with and change as well.
I was hesitant to replace my bumper bar with the tray, but thought the advantages of this accessory would make up for the bar being gone. wrong again! I love the bumper bar as does my daughter So it looks like I will be going back to my other tray that attaches to the bar and is far more practical.
I love the look, I love that Bugaboo finally listened to the countless parents banging their drum for a tray, but this accessory seems more like it was designed to look cool for the hip parents than to be functional for the child. I consider myself a hip mom, but I will take function over fashion any day when it comes to my children and making our lives easier while using our Bug
