I really want to love this seat so we can take advantage of the safety & quality as we move out of our prior Britax seats. BUT, the belt holder for the lap belt is big, pointy and positioned so it totally digs into our daughter's middle (she is tall and lean) - have others had this issue or found a way to correct it? I'm also worried the body level "wings" will be constricting as she grows (currently a 43" 3-3/4 yo). Any input would be helpful. We're considering this seat for Grandma's car & travel, and the Frontier 85 for our cars.

Our four-year-old just graduated to the Britax Parkway SGL after a successful run in the Britax Roundabout. We wholeheartedly trust and prefer the Britax brand after our experiences with Cosco and Graco branded car seats and boosters. The anti-submarining clip on the Parkway is an easy bonus feature, and when combined with the LATCH system on this booster seat, makes me feel like this is a great choice for the safety of my child. I only wish the Parkway was available in Britax's FABULOUS Cowmooflague color way. Bummed to see our Britax Roundabout in Cowmooflague removed from the backseat of our VW Jetta Sportwagen.

I fall in love with Britax after purchasing convertible carseat Marathone (I think CS at that time abriviation classification was different ) especially idea of having integrated steel bars strengthen gave me peace of mind, security and safeness that I was looking for. Then I proudly chose this car seat for my growing daughter and couldn't believe my eyes, what happened .....I know economy is bad, but still! Cheap piece of plastic, your child 's back will rely on it in case of God forbid eccident nothing will hold it (carseat) together......I beyond words disappointed ! Have to expend my search now!

I felt a bit overwhelmed about which booster seat to buy my 5 year old daughter. There are so many choices! I heard someone comment that the booster seat she had did not have a good cushioned seat and was making her child's legs fall asleep. The Britax Parkway SGL booster seat has a nice cushioned seat. It also was everything else I was looking for in a booster: removable back; lightweight, great safety rating.

Seems sturdy enough. Very disappointed that it will not fit properly in my Buick Enclave. The base is too wide for the booster to sit flat on the vehicle seat. It also makes it impossible to buckle the seatbelt. I am going to try it in my husband's vehicle. If it doesn't work there, I will be sending it back. I do have to say that it is more time consuming to secure the child in this booster than it is to secure a child in a regular Britax carseat. Love Britax and love the fact this seat has LATCH. Just wish the base was more narrow so it would fit in my vehicle!

We replaced our Diono Monterey with this after an accident. I prefer the Monterey's headwings; they're slightly deeper and more angled so that the bottom is closer to the child's head. In every other respect, though, the Parkway wins. I'm really glad that we switched. My daughter is, too. She says that the Parkway is very comfortable.

We are so happy with the Britax SGL booster in Livia. Not only is it super cute but super comfortable for my daughter and I feel great knowing it's a Britax...one of the safest seats on the market. I love that you can wash the cover, the seats years ago didn't make it easy to do that. Although I haven't washed this one yet I like that it is an option.

Bought this for my 4 1/2 yr. old. It's perfect and feels very safe. It latches into the car unlike a lot of the other boosters out there. Very easy and the pink and black colors are really good looking.

I love this booster seat and it makes my child feel like a big girl.I feel safe when she is in it because it locks into the car and doesnt slide when you turn. I looked at many booster seats and non have the latch system. I love Britax products!!!

I love that this car seat locks into the car and isn't sliding all over the place. And that the lap belt is secure as well. My daughter (5 years old) seems to be comfortable in it, her only complaint is that the arm rests are really short and she can't really use them. I have to agree. They are tiny and sit too low to rest her arms. They seem pretty pointless unless they are simply to hold their rears in the seat.
Other than that, we like it. It's cute, sturdy and makes me feel like she's safe.

I feel Britax is setting the bar once again for safety with this seat. It is the only one I could find that had latch and the extra clip for the lap belt. The armrests are a little awkward to work around and the belt path is harder to thread through then our other seat, but it is not a big deal. I had read some reviews about the SGL having problems with the seat belt not retracting due to the shape of the red belt path at the shoulder area, but the one I received is fine...it does look different than Britax's photos of the SGL on their site. I wonder if they have since fixed this issue since the SGL first came out. I only mention this because it was one reason why I almost didn't get it. I'm glad I did! Oh, and my daughter loves this seat!

I have always loved the Britax car seats and since my younger daughter was turning 4 and ready for the Frontier we decided to get my older daughter (almost 7) a booster seat. I wanted a backed booster as she will still fall asleep in the car on long trips. I really liked the fact that it used the latch system as I didn't want it moving around in the car since she isn't always with me. We got this quickly, installed it the first night, and have loved it for the few weeks we have had it. She says it is the most comfortable seat she has had!

My daughter loves this car seat. She is so happy that she can now buckle herself in and have more freedom of movement. I especially love that it has anchor straps and it feels like the booster seat is even more secure.
