Upon taking the bra out of the packaging and trying it on I was not impressed. I thought the material was rough and scratchy. But it was better than the other maternity bras I had purchased from [@]. I washed it up and put it away.Post-partum, I tried it on again. I think nursing was just too new and at the time an underwire just wasn't comfortable at all. So I washed it up and put it away. I did consider trying to return it but felt that I'd washed it too many times.Maybe around seven months into my BF experience I pulled it out again and started wearing it when I was leaving the house. The more it was worn and washed the more comfortable and softer it seemed. I am now very happy I didn't return it and think I may buy it again in black.I also found there to be plenty of room for breast pads when I was using them.If you really are sick of no support due to lack of an underwire, I recommend this bra. I do wish the cups would fold down just and inch or so more but it doesn't really seem to bother LO.

After reading the reviews here noting smaller cup size I decided to purchase a larger cup size. Upon opening I knew it was just too large to fit. I exchanged it easily (thank you to their very helpful staff) and returned it in the box of my replacement purchase- but even my truer size was too large in the cup. I'm thinking that it might run larger in the D/E and up cup range. I wear a 38DD and the cups were too large. Even upon waking up with full breasts, too large. The straps were sturdy and held everything in, I just didn't have enough to fill the cups completely. I would reccomend ordering truer to size or even one size down if you are large breasted.

I also really wanted to like this bra. I've been looking for a bra that is comfortable, supportive (I'm a 38 F/G), and sexy. I ordered a Bravado Bliss, but this bra came in the package, so I thought I would wear it for a bit to see if I liked it anyway. It looked good and I was really excited when I first put it on, but the comfort went down hill fast and it was hard to pull down to nurse in because the cups were so stiff. I sent it back.

After being disappointed with the fit, quality, and support of my nursing bras with my first son (I breastfed for 16 months and followed the "no underwire" rule), I was on a quest to find a comfortable supportive (meaning WITH an underwire) nursing bra the second time around. I purchased some high end boutique nursing bras in my 3rd trimester, but they just fit weird, so I returned them. I tried the Medela underwire bra, but it was uncomfortable, and the underwire poked out of the fabric after just a few washes. I was hesitant to buy the Allure bra due to the price, but I'm so glad I did. I normally wear a 36 DD when not pregnant/nursing and was a 38 DDD at the end of 3rd trimester. I purchased a 36 F/G in this bra, and it fit perfectly throughout the duration of my nursing. I liked that it fit like a non-nursing bra, gave good shape and support, yet still accommodated the 1-2 size cup change throughout the early days of nursing. Size-wise, I think the band runs a little loose, and the cups a little small, so take that into consideration when deciding on a size. Also, the Lansinoh pads I used were undetectable under this bra, but they looked like target practice when I wore them in other bras. The Allure bra held up well, given that I wore it almost every day for a year and a half and washed it several times a week in my HE washer and regular drier. It's still in pretty good shape, and I would buy a second one if I had another baby.

I have been desperately searching for a comfortable, supportive nursing bra that fits, and I'm starting to wonder if this exists. I really wanted to like this bra. It's okay, but not great. The material is kind of itchy. It's pretty, but I could care less what it looks like. I just want something comfortable and supportive. This bra is decent but for [$] I expected it to be great and I was definitely disappointed. Also, the cup size runs small.

this is a an easy to wear bra that is comfortable and it hides the breast pads better than any other bra I have! I highly recommend this bra to anyone with a full, large breast!

Terrible bra for a nursing mother! The cup size is way too small and the cups provide very little coverage, a cute shape when you're not nursing but when you have breasts swollen with milk it's very uncomfortable! i wanted a nice looking bra with comfy and support,but this is not it. the material is itchy , the cups are too thin. (nursing bras need to be lightly lined so the nursing pads dont show) and it covers too much. not right for me

Wow, this bra DOES run small in the cups. I normally wear a 34D when I'm not pregnant/nursing, so I ordered the F that I needed with my first baby. It fits more like my D cup bras, maybe edging up into DD territory but definitely not F. It is comfortable and pretty and it makes a nice silhouette. Unlike other large-cup nursing bras, which seem to point my breasts outward, this one does lift up and forward. Too bad for the spillage.

Strangely, the small sizing does not carry into the band. It's very stretchy and runs a size larger. I ordered a 32 and it fits fine. Again, too bad for the spillage.

I really wanted a bra that would give me lift and support and this bra did just that for me. Most bras don't allow me to tighten the straps as much as I want, but this one does so I would recommend it for petite women. I am normally a 34B/C and, as others have commented, this bra does run small. I went with 34 D/E and it fits perfectly.
The fabric could be a little more comfortable;it can be slightly itchy, but it is a good sturdy supportive bra.
Also, it may not be the most beautiful bra that I've ever seen, but I do not find it unattractive. Some supportive bras come up too high to wear lower cut tops with them, but this one does not so I like that I can wear lower or wider neck tops and dresses with it.

I started out with the Original and the Body Silk seamless Bravada's and then about six months into breastfeeding I felt I wanted something prettier. The first bras were fantastic for comfort and function but this bra makes me feel attractive while functioning. Plus it looks great under T-shirts whereas the others do not.

I really, really wanted to like this bra - so much so that I ordered it in several sizes to make sure that I'd get one that worked. I'm returning them all. :( They are incredibly scratchy and they fit oddly. Too bad as the Bravado tanks have been a wardrobe staple during maternity leave and I was hoping these would be the same for back to work.

this bra is pretty. i am normally a 32DD, i ordered the 32 F/G and it is WAY too small. and my milk isn't in yet. i also find that bras tend to stretch out very quickly as it is, the bra is SO stretchy, which would be fine if it was just the cup, maybe, that i imagine it will be sliding around and up my back right away. i would recommend this bra to a smaller busted individual.
