I have used this spray for both of my boys and its great! I love that I don't have to get my hands covered in paste every diaper change.its just a quick spray and their bums are covered. It has a very light vanilla smell to it, but nothing strong or heavy (same smell as the regular butt paste.) I wish they sold bigger bottles, we go through this pretty quick.

This is great because you don't have to get your hands messy applying creams. We use it with almost every diaper change & my son has never had a bad diaper rash. It's competitively priced & I find it's $1 cheaper on Diapers.com!

We use to use method diaper cream and have always raved about it and recommended it to new mommies. But since diapers doesn't carry it anymore we were forced to try a new product and we choose this one since it seemed the one closest to what we use to use but we were definitely wrong. It sprays rather strong and goes all over the place and to top it off it doesn't prevent diaper rashes I feel that it almost enhances it. Wish we wouldn't have ordered three of them and that method was still available.

It's only 2 oz but a little goes a long way. Spray into your hands first as it comes out quickly in a "pump." Nice scent of shea butter and no rashes in sight!

I love this spray because you don't have to get cream on your fingers and it's easy to use. I will say the first time we used it, we weren't prepared for how quickly it sprays out. You don't need much...once we got the hang of it, it's great!

This product is the only thing that works for my 2-month old's diaper rash. It works great, and can usually wipe the rash out in one day. It's a tad liquidy, so a little goes a long way.

My daughter has horrible allergies to the point we spent four nights in the Children's hospital due to complications of her allergies. One of the problems we have is contact Dermatitis, this is the only diaper rash product that has worked for us and I have a HUGE basket of prescription and non products which we have tried on her bottom. I would Highly recommend this product.

My 22 month old used to get regular diaper rashes. He would rather sit in a dirty diaper than stop playing to get his diaper changed. It's just not practical to follow him around sniffing his behind every 10 minutes. I wondered why nobody offered a product that could protect against diaper rash, besides slathering on ointment whether he had a rash or not. Then I heard about this product and couldn't wait for it to hit the shelves. (It was available on diapers.com long before any local stores carried it.) I spray it on every diaper change and it really works to create a protective barrier on my son's skin. He's only gotten diaper rash twice since (both after being with sitters that don't have the spray). We use regular ointment when he gets a rash, but nothing prevents diaper rash better. I only wish it sprayed more evenly. It's really more of a squirt than a spray.

My youngest son had one of the worst diaper rashes I have ever seen. He would scream at every diaper change (even just wet). We usually us Desitin but his bottom was so raw just touching it hurt. This spray is wonderful! Over night he was feeling much better and by the end of the next day I could touch him without the screaming.
It looks very watery and like it is not doing much, but it works like dream.

I love this product. My husband saw it in a baby magazine and suggested it to me for outings. When I change our 8 month old at home, I use Vaseline or Triple Paste. But I absolutely hate to touch her bottom when we're out and about and changing in icky store restrooms. What if I spread germs down there? This is the perfect travel option - just wipe, spray and diaper. Easy. I only wish the bottle was bigger.

this product has fumes and it bothers ME. I wonder what affect it has on an infant. Additionally, it is simply spray-on oil. It got on my walls and my child's clothes and it stains. I prefer Balmex or the original Butt Paste. It's relatively lightweight, so it gets absorbed into the diaper instead of creating a real barrier.

This diaper cream is awesome! You don't have to get your hands all greasy with the ointment, you just spray and are done. Its great for my very mobile 10 month old who doesn't sit still for much, especially diaper changes. We have been using it at night only for past 3 months and have had no diaper rashes at all! love it!

I bought this thinking it would be great. I got it mainly to aovid touching my daughters diaper rash. I used it for three days and now my child has an awful chemical burn from where I sprayed it. I guess it back to rubbing in butt paste for us. Just FYI we don't use pampers diapers and haven't for sometime. That was the only thing that was new.

This is a good product, but it comes out in a STREAM.
It's called a spray so it suprized me when it came out. But works great when my child is trying to roll away during the diaper change.

For preventing diaper rash, using a barrier cream on a dry bum works great. Especially when baby is going to be in that diaper for a long time. I've previously used Aquaphor and Un-Petroleum Jelly for this and had great results. I recently tried this spray because the application is so easy. There's no need to wipe your fingers off afterwards. It does have a strong smell, but it's not unpleasant. It smells like the other Boudraux products, a fresh scent. I still have Aquaphor and Un-Petroleum Jelly in my kit, though, because unlike the spray, these products can be used for preventing chapped skin on the face and other areas. You can't use the spray for that, obviously. When baby has a runny nose, Aquaphor is a god-send for their little noses and cheeks from all the wiping.
