Been using this for over 3 years now and it's the only rash cream I've found effective on my children. I've used it to prevent rashes as well as treat them. It is a thick cream so it goes on well. Doesn't have bad smell. Soothes their little bottoms immediately. Worth a try.

Love this cream. gets rid of a rash super fast, doesnt smell bad and cleans off easily! I use this at every diaper change and we dont have rashes! I would definetly recommend this cream

Just after 1 use of the Boudreaux's paste the rash is all cleared up. It wipes off clean and is never messy. Love this stuff. The only cream I buy.

I prefer this to the other "white paste" brands. I found the other brands to actually be irritating. In contrast i love this balm bc its obviously strong enough to heal sore bottoms but safe enough to Use every time for prevention! I tried alot of brands and this is my favorite!

This diaper cream was recommended to me by several friends, so I thought I'd give it a try. It works, great and I've never looked back.

I'm not going to say this would work for everyone (I don't doubt that the one-star reviewers had no luck with this), but this stuff is the only cream that works for us.

My daughter is extremely prone to diaper rashes I'm grateful to have found something that helps her heal quickly: This works so well for her that she can go from having one of her rapid onset nearly-bleeding rashes to being rash free in one day. I don't understand how a diaper rash can get so bad so quickly OR how it can get so much better so quickly, but we're only guaranteed to have such a quick turn around when using this stuff.

Other creams I've tried with limited or no success: B&D (of any variety), Triple Paste, BabyGanics Protective Ointment, A+D Original, Aveeno and Desitin (both kinds)

I've looked at ingredient lists and have no idea what makes one ointment work when another doesn't. Who knows?

There are two things about this stuff that I don't like: the crazy chemical smell and the tan color that stains. But, given how well this works for healing my baby's sore bottom I really really don't care.

My 9 month old son is very prone to wicked diaper rashes. We've had two rx's for diaper creams already! A friend told us about the "Butt Paste" so we picked it up, thinking that anything someone highly recommended is worth trying. Within 2 diaper changes my son's raw skin went from red to pink, and the next morning it was gone!!! I've used many other creams and so far this is the best for him!! In fact, this works faster than his rx's did!! I love how its easy to wipe off of him and wash off of my hands as well, and it does not have a strong odor. It is a bit pricy, but I think that since it works so well I don't mind forking out the money for my son's comfort.

I put this on with the first sign of irritation- within 12 hours, the diaper rash appears to be gone. My 2 1/2 year old began asking for it when she was "itchy"- she would say, "more cream"! Very soothing for any type of diaper rash. I bought it in the large bucket we use it so much- we threw away all of our other diaper creams b/c this is the only one we found to be so effective!

I used this after receiving a sample in the mail and reading so many rave reviews about it--and it's horrible! To each his own, but this stuff not only smells strong of chemicals, it thins out and doesn't protect my kiddo's bum from diaper rash. It doesn't treat or prevent. Granted this may work for some but not for neither of my two babies has this worked. You're better off with good old vaseline.

This product consistently clears up my daughter's diaper rash within the day.
She is also a heavy baby so has a fold under her chin that would occasionally break out. We tried this and it was also effective in clearing up any break outs and did not irritate the skin.
Its thick and sticky and doesn't have a pleasant smell, but I love it and it is always among the items I gift to new moms. :)

My 1 year old twins get diaper rash CONSTANTLY and I have tried EVERYTHING out there, even the tried and true cornstarch I used on my other children. Nothing worked! They would all make the rash worse, even bleed!!! My poor babies were in so much pain until I tried BUTT PASTE! I honestly tried it for the name (too funny) but have come to LOVE it! I defiantly recommend this product to anyone who wants to help their little tushes heal!

One of my twins gets diaper rash. We are trying pretty much everything on the market to find the best diaper rash ointment. This is the first time that I tried a remedy and his butt actually got worse . . . much worse. Ryan's poor tushie is raw and he screamed when I tried to clean him this morning. I would not recommend this product to anyone!!!
