My 8 month old son has sensitive skin and Boudreaux's has been very helpful in clearing his skin up. But, the red tube has been better, but unfortunately at this point in time diapers.com doesn't offer this on their website.

I've used this product once daily on babys butt after bath ever since he was born. he has never had a rash (maybe a bit in the crack after being in a carseat for a long drive) but after bathing and applying more boudreaux's by evening he is FINE! This is a great, smooth, non chalky diaper cream great for daily use to prevent rashes, too. Gentle scent.

This product is the best anti-rash ointment. While you can use it daily to prevent diaper rash, you can also use it when a diaper rash occurs. It clears a rash in a day. It comes in multiple sizes so you can throw it in your diaper bag, while also using the larger size by your changing station. This product was recommended to me by a NICU nurse and I've been using it since my daughter was just days old and I wouldn't leave the house without it!

I absolutely LOVE Butt Paste! It is amazing! My daughter is sensitive in the diaper area. I used Desitin Extra strength all the time, and hated how thick it was and how hard it was to get off! Butt Paste keeps skin soft, is somewhat thick but isnt hard to wipe off. Treats irritation and redness in 1-2 diaper changes!

When we first started giving my son solid food, he developed a very bad diaper rash. In fact, his skin was raw. My husband bought different brands of diaper rash ointments (Desitin, Balmex, etc.) to make sure that at least one would work. None worked!!! When we took our son to his pediatrician, he recommended Butt Paste. We would apply a thick layer every time we changed him. He did not make a fuss when we would apply it. And in just a few days, the rash was gone. I would never want to use any other diaper rash ointment but this. I make sure that I have a few tubes lying around at all times.

Whenever I see a little sign of rash breaking out, I just put it on, and it stops it from getting bad.

I actually love the smell.

We bought every brand on the market. Next to Weleda, this worked best for us. The best part was the smell. It smells sweet, not like medicine. It's also not nearly as greasy as the other brands. Good for mild-moderate diaper rash.

Been using this for over 3 years now and it's the only rash cream I've found effective on my children. I've used it to prevent rashes as well as treat them. It is a thick cream so it goes on well. Doesn't have bad smell. Soothes their little bottoms immediately. Worth a try.

Love this cream. gets rid of a rash super fast, doesnt smell bad and cleans off easily! I use this at every diaper change and we dont have rashes! I would definetly recommend this cream

Just after 1 use of the Boudreaux's paste the rash is all cleared up. It wipes off clean and is never messy. Love this stuff. The only cream I buy.

I prefer this to the other "white paste" brands. I found the other brands to actually be irritating. In contrast i love this balm bc its obviously strong enough to heal sore bottoms but safe enough to Use every time for prevention! I tried alot of brands and this is my favorite!

This diaper cream was recommended to me by several friends, so I thought I'd give it a try. It works, great and I've never looked back.

I'm not going to say this would work for everyone (I don't doubt that the one-star reviewers had no luck with this), but this stuff is the only cream that works for us.

My daughter is extremely prone to diaper rashes I'm grateful to have found something that helps her heal quickly: This works so well for her that she can go from having one of her rapid onset nearly-bleeding rashes to being rash free in one day. I don't understand how a diaper rash can get so bad so quickly OR how it can get so much better so quickly, but we're only guaranteed to have such a quick turn around when using this stuff.

Other creams I've tried with limited or no success: B&D (of any variety), Triple Paste, BabyGanics Protective Ointment, A+D Original, Aveeno and Desitin (both kinds)

I've looked at ingredient lists and have no idea what makes one ointment work when another doesn't. Who knows?

There are two things about this stuff that I don't like: the crazy chemical smell and the tan color that stains. But, given how well this works for healing my baby's sore bottom I really really don't care.

My 9 month old son is very prone to wicked diaper rashes. We've had two rx's for diaper creams already! A friend told us about the "Butt Paste" so we picked it up, thinking that anything someone highly recommended is worth trying. Within 2 diaper changes my son's raw skin went from red to pink, and the next morning it was gone!!! I've used many other creams and so far this is the best for him!! In fact, this works faster than his rx's did!! I love how its easy to wipe off of him and wash off of my hands as well, and it does not have a strong odor. It is a bit pricy, but I think that since it works so well I don't mind forking out the money for my son's comfort.
