My daugther developed her first diaper rash while in the NICU. When Destitin couldn't clear it up, nurses recommended Boudreaux's. I had never heard of it, but they said it was the best. My daughter is 21 months and hasn't had a diaper rash since. We use it everyday and I truely believe it's because of Boudreaux's that she hasn't had a diaper rash. I would recommend this product to anyone.

This cream helps get rid of diaper rash for my son better than the strong Desitin. I use a little all the time and a lot if he gets any rash.

All diaper creams are messy but this one really sticks to sore bottoms and is unscented. I really like it.

I used this exclusively with my first son and he has never had diaper rash, save for a mild redness when teething. I tried to save a bit of money with my second son (like a buck or two?) and bought the other diaper creams. Desitin stinks like fish and always gets under my nails, which are short. A&D is okay but kind of messy and goopy. Aquaphor is great, but not terribly thick. And all three of those don't make it easier to clean poop. With Butt Paste, the poop doesn't stick to the bum. Very easy to clean, which makes for quicker diaper changes, and less change of toddler freak outs and inpatient momma! :)

We use this for every diaper change. Our daughter used to get really bad diaper rash that hurt. We tried lots of different diaper rash creams but nothing helped. We started using this product a month ago and now her diaper rash problem is nonexistent. This has been a lifesaver!

We wanted to love the butt paste, but it fell short. It doesn't stay on and effectively treat a rash and the smell is undesirable....sort of old people smelling-ish. Triple paste,burts bees,earth mama angel, medela,aveeno,even desitin are all better.

my two year old son actually asks for this "bottom cream" when changing his diaper. he has sensitive skin and is prone to diaper rash. We have always successfully gotten it under control quickly by using this product.

I thought this would be a better presentation that the annoying tube. Big mistake. It got all over my hand once I got halfway through. I first tried scooping it out with a spoon. I finally caved and just wore a disposable glove. Which worked great, but not great for the environment.

I would not have a diaper bag without this as well as changing table without Butt Paste.

I like the flip top lid, it is easy to use it with one hand. It does not stay on as long as Desitin, but the smell is much better. I love this stuff especially in this packaging.

We use this pretty much everytime we change my lil guy's diaper in addition to alternating with baby powder. We used Desitin for many months and discovered that BUTT PASTE is thicker and less messy. It creates that nice coating and its easy to wipe off. It just FEELS better! Love it

This is an amazing cream for butt rashes! My daughter has VERY sensitive skin and this works wonderfully on it!

It looks like chocolate and smells sweet. So my daughter thinks its cool to put it on her (when needed)and shes very picky.

Its a little bit messy, but VERY easy to clean off of your hands and carpet unlike other brands of paste. Yes, my daughter has used it to paint ha ha.

It doesn't take long for this paste to take effect and cure a rash which is very good.

Overall this product is awesome, I would definitely reccomend this to anyone with kids!

This is a great product, it starts working right away and a diffrence is seen after first use. After trying lots of other brands this is the only product that works for my twin boys.

First, I have to say that the name makes my 10 year old daughter giggle and made me want to try this! I make sure to put cream on my son at every diaper change to prevent a rash. But, he goes to daycare and sometimes they forget to put his cream on and he gets a bad rash. I have tried a countless number of different brands on him and this brand is the only one that will clear the rash up in a matter of a day or two-so its the only one I'll use now. The cream goes on easy, smells nice and doesn't stick so much that I have to scrub it off his skin! They say that it may stain fabrics, but I have gotten it on clothes and I haven't seen that it ever stained. I am giving this product 4 stars only because it is a bit on the pricey side and for some reason the large tubs are very difficult to find (In my area, only online). Although, you don't need a ton of this product at one time, the tub seems like a better deal than the tube.
