As a first time mom, I asked my mom a lot of questions about what kind of diaper rash cream I should get. She told me about Butt Paste, I said alright. Not sure what I could expect from it, I used it on my son and he has not yet had a diaper rash! This product goes on easy, come off clean, and it will last a couple changes. Personally I apply some new Butt Paste every diaper just about. I love this stuff! It's wonderful.

i asked my sister what diaper cream to use after my son got his first really bad diaper rash. as a mother of 3yr old twin boys and a one year old i trust her recommendations. she has tried everything and pointed me in the direction of Butt Paste. after using it for two solid days my son's rash is starting to clear up. since he cooperates when i put it on i interpret that as feeling good on his painful looking rash.

I love that they make a natural kind now! It is a different consistency that the regular, it is white in color and more like toothpaste. I love knowing that what I am putting on her little bum is natural! I will never buy another brand again!

I like butt paste because it has natural ingredients, smells okay, and prevents/treats diaper rash effectively.

Butt Paste has always been my top choice for diaper rash cream. This all natural version is even better. My 4 month old has never had even a bit of rash. I use a small amount with each diaper change. This combined with Seventh Generation diapers is best for both baby and planet. Quality product with no added artificial ingredients that works as well as the original.

This butt paste is great...I like it better than the original version because it doesn't contain parabens. I also use Desitin when the diaper rash is extreme, but for every day, my baby does very well with Boudreaux's Natural. It also doesn't have that strong smell that the original has. I prefer this.

At only a few weeks, my son got a wicked diaper rash. We didn't want to use any chemical-filled creams, so we tried witch hazel and the Burt's Bees diaper rash ointment. Both failed to help, and the witch hazel went on really cold. We got the Butt Paste as a shower gift so I tried it.

Within a few days, the rash was mostly cleared up, and in a week it was completely gone. The paste goes on gentle and didn't irritate his skin more. Not sure what people mean when they say it's runny, I've had no problems applying this product, and unless you need to wipe up a poop, it lasts through 2-3 diaper changes.

Now I use it to soothe his skin after a poop and sometimes at night, and of course any time his skin is looking a little red or irritated. It's the only thing that stays out on our changing table. Plus, it has a really fun name!

My daughter got her first diaper rash (8 months old) but it was a doozie! We tried Destin, but it seemed to sting when we applied it. I had a tube of this I got at the shower, put it on the next diaper change, and she didn't scream! By the next day the diaper rash was getting less red, and without the yuckly diaper cream smell! I bought 2 more tubes for Grammy's and the diaper bag. Looking for a tub size now! It is runnier than some others, but I had no issues putting it on :-)

On the rare occasions when our baby has developed a diaper rash, the Original Butt Paste (recommended by a pediatrician) has worked well (despite it's weird color, texture and smell...)--so, we were excited when this All Natural version was introduced. Unfortunately, within just a couple of days of first use, we noticed what appear to be "cradle cap" scales where we applied the paste. Seems the combination of oils in the paste caused the condition, as she does not have these scales anywhere else, and they directly coincide with use of this product. Needless to say, extremely disappointing and frustrating that the condition is worse, instead of better. The "paste" is also quite liquidy/runny, making it difficult to apply. We're going to stick with the Original or experiment with some of the other more established products that have received a lot of favorable reviews on this site.

This is great diaper cream. I was trying to find a paraben free diaper cream that worked...and this was it. ONLY the butt paste NATURAL is paraben free (not the original)...and therefor okay with cloth diapers. No wax build up or coating.
