If you have ever smelled Desitin, you know that it smells awful. Boudreaux's is lightweight and doesn't smell. Finally, our nursery doesn't reek.

This butt cream is the best I've used thus far for my baby. It is great because it goes on clear and wipes off easily. It clears up any diaper rash in a few days, but starts to work right away. And its all natural which is very important to me since it goes on my babies private parts!

I love this product because it is natural, no harsh chemicals/perfumes, etc. It only takes a small amount to cover the diaper area to work effectively. I had a very hard time keeping my childs diaper rashes at bay, she kept getting yeast rashes and this is the only natural diaper rash ointment that I have tried that prevents it. I just use it with every diaper change, pea size amount, and don't have to worry about that stubborn rash coming back. Compared to the original Boudreaux's, this stuff doesn't bead up like little pieces of dried up paint once applied which makes it hard to clean the baby's bottom. Comes off easily and does exactly what it is supposed to do, something hard to find in a natural product.

I purchased the natural butt paste based on the ingredients (no petroleum). And I must say, this product exceeds my expectations! I apply before bedtime and it covers my daughters bottom until morning with a nice barrier. Also, it clears up redness quickly.

Butt Paste is very good. Goes on easy and works. But for the most severe cases, the thickest and best is Triple Paste medicated.

I discovered this ointment when my older child has sever diaper rash and nothing worked.
This cream is easily applied - not leaving an oily residue - and is very effective. Been buying it for 4 years now, until my youngest is out of diapers :-)

Worked great when my son had diarrhea from a viral infection for a week, no diaper rash! The doctor was impressed and stated this is the add for the best diaper cream and your son is proof!

I like this diaper cream the best of all that I have tried. I don't like the Desitin smell, and other diaper creams aren't as thick. Butt Paste doesn't have a strong smell, is thick, and helps prevent and heal diaper rash. My son is 10 months old now, and it is the only diaper cream that I use.

As a first time mom, I asked my mom a lot of questions about what kind of diaper rash cream I should get. She told me about Butt Paste, I said alright. Not sure what I could expect from it, I used it on my son and he has not yet had a diaper rash! This product goes on easy, come off clean, and it will last a couple changes. Personally I apply some new Butt Paste every diaper just about. I love this stuff! It's wonderful.

i asked my sister what diaper cream to use after my son got his first really bad diaper rash. as a mother of 3yr old twin boys and a one year old i trust her recommendations. she has tried everything and pointed me in the direction of Butt Paste. after using it for two solid days my son's rash is starting to clear up. since he cooperates when i put it on i interpret that as feeling good on his painful looking rash.
