I used this intermittently to help get rid of my girls' cradle cap. If it is really bad I use the cradle cap cream from Mustela first, then this shampoo- and it works wonders

I bought this for my daughter because she had a mild case of cradle cap. It has not made the cradle cap disappear but it seems to make it look less flaky.
