        Comments about Training Pants -Pink:

I bought this for my girl starting potty training. Pee just runs down her leg. They are not a tight fit to wear in public. They leak right through to her pants. so i guess they are only good to learn to pull up and down. they do wash great and are soft to wear. but big and loose fitting.

Trying to night time potty train a very heavy sleeper. These woke her up after she peed but it meant changing her sheets because those got wet as well.

            Comments about Training Pants -Pink:

These are great training pants for the price, at about 33% cheaper per pair than many other brands. They are soft, wash well and dry quickly. They are not as absorbant as some other brands, but they also dry much faster. And honestly, you don't want training pants that are too absorbant, because then the child never learns what it's like to feel wet.

            Comments about Training Pants -Pink:

These trainers were just so-so for us. They aren't the most absorbent we've tried, but the biggest problem for us is that the fit on my daughter wasn't great. I bought the size small (24-29 lbs) and my daughter is about 26 lbs at the moment. These trainers were miles too big for her. They were incredibly baggy around the bottom, the rise was way too long (came up well above her belly button), and the leg openings weren't tight enough so we had a problem with accidents leaking out. These might work for toddlers in this weight range with a chunkier build, but didn't work for my lean toddler.

I was just looking for really thick underwear while potty-training so that accidents make less of a mess, yet my daughters still understand that they had an accident and can feel it (unlike diaper pull-ups). These fit the bill perfectly.

Comments about Bambino Mio Training Pants -Pink:

Started looking for something more absorbant that regular underwear when we started to potty train our daughter at 2 yrs, 4 mos. The Pull-ups still kept her too dry, so we needed something that was cloth so she could tell when she was going to the bathroom, but absorbant so we could have a minor accident out and about without a major scene. These were pricier than the Gerber training pants, so I only purchased 3 pairs to use when we are away from home. They have a plastic liner so it won't automatically wet or soil your child's clothes. A couple of cons: the fit is large around the legs, so you may want to buy one in each size and return what doesn't fit, they advise not to dry in the dryer (I suspect so you don't ruin the built-in plastic liner) so you must be diligent about doing your laundry and giving time to line dry. Minor concerns given that within a few days of wearing the cloth training pants, my daughter is virtually accident free during the day. Given the price of Pull-Ups and their competitors, well worth the price at ~$10/pair.

The first time I tried these on my daughter she told me she had an accident. I told her it was okay, that is why we were 'practicing'. I looked down to see her clothes were soaked through! I would not recommend these to anyone. Even if they didn't leak right through, they are horribly ill fitting and bulky, a million times worse than a diaper.
