Comments about Training Pants - Blue:

We tried these for our 2 boys 3.5 years old (for nighttime) and our 1 year old for daytime. They were very soft, comfortable and fit well. However, they were supposed to have a liner to make them water proof. This did not work at all and so besides being soft and comfortable they were no different than any other training pant out there. Disappointed.

I did also order the Charlie Banana swim diaper which has a nice cotton lining and is waterproof to stop leaks. I will be ordering more of these as training pants.

Comments about Bambino Mio Training Pants - Blue:

This would be a good stepping stone for just little dribbles while potty training during the day. I knew it wouldn't be absorbent enough by itself at night, but I hoped that the feel of the less-absorbent cloth under my 3-year-old son's pull-up would help my son night train. Didn't work, but it was worth a try. Hopefully, I'll be able to use it for any little dribbles when he's ready to night train, but for now he's such a sound sleeper and fills the pull-up VERY full, even with underwear or these training pants next to his skin. So it just depends on your kid and what you're using these training pants for.

Also, they fit big if you're just going by the weight, especially the leg holes. So adjust accordingly.

I read MULTIPLE reviews of several products before selecting one to try for training pants. Yes - this will not contain a large accident. But yes - it does let your child feel that he/she is wet. We haven't had any fit problems or quality issues as long as we follow the washing instructions.

Though the training pants will hold in most of the pee, it ALWAYS seeps around the leg bands and poop is very difficult to get out b/c of the terry cloth fabric.

Comments about Bambino Mio Training Pants - Blue:

These are great when your little one feels ok walking around wet in the more absorbant trainers, like my son does. With these, he will take them off immediately when he wets because he can feel it. Be warned a heavy wet will leak down the legs, but in his case, it's a good thing. I would only use at home for those who for the most part are not fully potty trained.

Great product but incredibly bulky! I have used clothe diapers before but this one is very thick and I could not fit my sons clothes over this diaper. I bought a few but will return them all except one because I will use it for night time because it is very absorbent.

Comments about Training Pants - Blue:

I was really worried about potty training since I am a first time parent so I asked all of my friends who already had been through potty training and they all recommended these pants. We've only used them for a few days now but they work great. If he pees just a little, it is fully contained within the pant. If he pees a lot, his clothes do get wet but he isn't standing in a puddle of pee like I have heard happens with other pants. I did buy these pants understanding that there would be accidents like that since this is not a diaper. Even though my son is 30 lbs, he is really skinny so I got the small pants and they fit perfectly. They wash really easy and even though you can't put them in the dryer, they hang dry pretty fast. I just wish these were cheaper so that I could buy a lot more of them.

We tried these and the cheaper Gerber ones. These were definitely worth the extra money. They have absorbant material on either side of the plastic. It can leak but only a tiny bit. The Gerber ones were just like regualar underwear with only a tiny bit of absorbant material which leaked a lot! I haven't tried anything else yet but these are the best ones I've found so far.

I bought this product to help with potty training my 2 yr old son. He has chunky legs but these underpants still are too big for him (it's just the leg holes, the rest fits fine). I was very disappointed. They leak because of that.

These run large. I bought the medium for my son that is 3 and weighs 36 pounds. The fit well with plenty of room to grow. My son is pee potty trained but has small BM accidents and we needed something trim like underwear that would keep the small accidents sanitary. I'd highly recommend these for active potty trainers who are taking their early learners to the potty frequently. I chose these over the Gerber training pants b/c they have a hidden layer of PUL. These are great if you are trying to avoid the bulk and get something similar to regular underwear. I can see how people may dislike them but they serve our needs well.

Potty training is just that, training so please don't expect these pants to absorb like diapers, they won't. I've had 4 kids and I am so glad to have found these. They are soft, not bulky and absorb enough to not cause a huge accident like in the car or in the supermarket. They fit nicely although they do run a little big and since you can't put in the dryer don't expect them to shrink. Also, buy at least a couple since you can't dry them. I've used other training pants which are fine but prefer these. Good luck with your potty training! This is an excellent buy.

We love these training pants. They are very absorbent but still feel like underwear. Our daughter doesn't seem to notice at all when she has an accident in pull-ups but she will run to the potty if she starts to go accidentally in these. So nice that the pee is contained, instead of a puddle on the floor. The only negative is that you can't put them in the dryer.

Comments about Bambino Mio Training Pants - Blue:

these are nice for when you don't want to clean up a puddle while potty training at home. unlike the gerber training pants, these have a little plastic liner built in between the layers of the soft cotton terry. the pant will still get wet, but you may not have to clean up a puddle on your carpet. they're bulkier than the gerber trainers, so are best used for beginning around-the-house potty training. frankly, the gerber training pants are cheaper & nice and soft, too, but if you want to try something different, these are quite nice.

I LOVE these. I use them when we have to go out of the house. Pullups don't allow him to feel wet, so he just goes potty in them if he's wearing them. I've tried going to the store with just underwear and he's left a puddle on the floor, which was pretty embarrassing. (we did the naked baby thing, which worked AWESOME as long as we were at home) When he has an accident in these trainers, he does soak through, but I haven't had to clean a puddle yet. He's too close to being totally trained to keep putting him in pullups just for the store, so I LOVE these. Another point- he's a picky dresser, and REFUSES to wear any of the ones with plastic, but he doesn't mind these!

These training pants are excellent. They are not diapers - don't think they are - they are training pants. They allow my daughter to know when she has 'gone' so she can ask to be changed. She is learning quickly - which is what I want. Way better than disposable training pants because she never knew when she had wet with those. Love these!
