I really wanted a sunscreen that was more friendly to skin and the environment. I read great things about Badger and wanted to give it a try. My husband used this on my 5 year old and it was chunky! She was out in the sun on our first warm day and got a sunburn to boot! We do like the face stick, but will not buy this one again.

I live at the beach and this is the best sunscreen i have come across that is "safe" to use. I put this on my 20 month old, never have to reapply, and he has total protection from burning. It does leave a white tint that does go away, but that's not that bad cause you can tell if you missed a spot.

My family used this sunscreen at the beach today. We applied generously, and two of us got a SEVERE sunburn in less than 2 hours. Don't buy this! It might be non-toxic, but that doesn't help if it doesn't work!

Super greasy. Gets the job done very well, but the greasiness was visible on her clothes and everywhere she touched mine. Also left marks on furniture.

I recommend Cali Baby over this- great effectiveness, green conscious, but spreads better, non greasy.

I LOVE this sunscreen. It protects really well (never a sunburn) and is extremely waterproof (beads of water on my kids skin). I also love the smell. It is light and pleasant. My daughter has sensitive skin and she's never had a reaction with any Badger product. I love that I'm not putting toxic chemicals on my kids. This is the best sunscreen I've tried!!! The Skin Deep hazard score is a 1. It does leave a white hue after applying and rubbing in. It doesn't bother me. It is thick and rubs in easily. A small amount provides great coverage. I have found this sunscreen significantly cheaper at my local grocery store in the natural/organic section. My husband and I use this too. It is great!!

I love the fact this product is all natural but unfortunately found it to be too greasy. I've used California Baby in the past and was very happy with it but wanted to try something different. The scent is a little funky too, not bad, just different.

We have 3 girls (ages 7, 5, and 2) who are all very fair skinned. We have used this for about a year now. My 2 year old has sensitive skin and would break out when we used Waterbabies sunscreen on her (and it stained clothing).

We have really liked the Badger sunscreen. The PROS of this sunscreen are: extremely waterproof, good sunburn protection, chemical free, portable, The CONS are: EXPENSIVE, tough to rub in, girls complain of smell (my DH and I like the smell).

We use it when we go to the pool and play outside. My girls have never had a sunburn with it on. Even though it is really expensive (this is why it lost a star), I feel better knowing I am not putting potentially dangerous chemicals into my daughters' bodies. On the other hand, a little goes a long way and it does the job it says it is going to. So the pros definitely outweigh the cons for our family.

This is one of the best sunscreens out there. It doesn't have any of the "junk" that is in your typical box store sunscreens. I love to use this on my children's bodies and and face, but around their eyes and mouth I use the California baby sunscreen stick. I love the combo. And both brands are great.

Used it for our 1.5yr old son in the HOT ARUBA sun for 10days. He never burned and never had a reaction. Now we all use it all summer long for everything! Smells great too! It can be think but it's worth the protection.

I used this sunscreen on both my baby and me when I lived in Los Angeles and I use it daily on us now that we live in Singapore. I absolutely love it and the only downside about it is that it can be hard to find (especially in SE Asia but stateside too). Being fair skinned and neurotic about my own skin, I am really picky about my sunscreen and this meets all of my high standards.

THIS IS ONE OF THE " CLEANEST" BABY SUNSCREENS OUT THERE, YES, ITS WHITE WHEN RUBBED ON BUT THATS BECAUSE IT USES ACTUAL PHYSICAL BLOCKERS NOT CHEMICALS.

This product was rated very highly by the EWG, and based on that recommendation, I tried this sunscreen for my very-fair-skinned 18-month old daughter. It works great - it absorbs well, it isn't white, and it provides great protection. We've used this product twice so far, and both days my daughter was outside for several hours - no sign of sunburn at all! Highly recommended!
