I was looking for a soy free formula; unfortunately none is made in the US unless I buy from Europe. I chose organic because I don't want to give my baby GMO ingredients. The reason I give this formula 4 stars is because they use brown rice syrup as the 1st ingredient instead of nonfat milk. I was very concerned about receiving an old batch of formula that contains arsenic, however the batch I received is the new formula, (according to the Consumer Reports tests that were done back in Nov. 2011). I chose the non DHA ARA formula because I breast feed and he's getting that from me. My baby does get constipated from this formula, he's 3mths old, but I just give him a little prune juice and he's good. Overall I would say this is probably the best organic formula that's on the US market today; it would be perfect if it didn't contain any soy.

My baby loves it. I have a fussy eater. She didn't even like the taste of my milk after 6 months and refused to breast feed. I am still confused what changed! We tried all other formula and finally she likes this one!

I love their customer care. They offer to hear and answer questions to their best.

And regarding arsenic scare, some research has shown that "BREAST MILK HAS CHEMICALS THAT CAN CAUSE TESTICULAR CANCER" some say breast milk has insecticides and cancer causing fire retardants!!
We all still try to breast feed in our capacity!

I do not believe in brand loyalty, but I must say I will keep using the formula just the way I and many other parents give organic brown rice cereal, cookie, cracker etc to the little ones.

Look at the ingredients - the very first one, before milk or whey, listed is "brown rice syrup." That is sugar. I don't know why a bigger deal isn't made of this. I brought it home and gave it to my son but then tasted the raw powder and it is very sweet. There has been a little written about this. If you compare other brands, ie Similac or Earth's Best, the first ingredient is not sugar. I am concerned about my son only liking sweet things if fed sugary foods so early and would not recommend this due to this concern. Shocked there aren't more reviews on htis.

I have been very happy with the Baby's Only products. I breast fed for the first sixth months and then swtiched to this formula. My baby has been very healthy and happy and loves the formula. I did try the Dairy with DHA/ARA and it had a bit of a funky flavor, so I switched bak to regular Dairy and use their DHA/ARA supplement packs. I am a loyal Diapers.com customer, but they just raised the price on this product and I will now be purchasing from my local grocery store as it is almost $1 cheaper.

no palm olein, no corn syrup
this is the only one I would give my daughter when at 7 month I had to introduce some to supplement
I think it's better to use at 6 mnths and above because it can constipate younger babies ( but really they should be 100% breast fed before that anyways)

My son loved this formula and so did we. I used it to supplement breastmilk. I felt really good about using organic. A recent study from Dartmouth has found high levels of arsenic in the brown rice syrup used to sweeten it.

This formula smells great especially compared to how other formulas smell. It doesn't mix that well, but if it can sit twenty minutes, it mixes really easily. My son was on Neosure for prematurity, and I was happy to find that Baby's Only has comparable levels of vitamins and minerals. It actually has more of some. I also use the DHA supplement that Baby's Only makes, since the formula has none in it. The supplement is great too. It has the same delicious vanilla smell as the formula, and they do not use Hexane to extract DHA like other companies do.

We bought this formula for the same reason a lot of people seem too, the DHA issue. My baby is 3 months old and I will be returning to work soon. She has taken a breastmilk bottle when needed since she was about 3 weeks, but mostly breast feeds. Because I am returning to work I was looking to supliment with formula however, my daughter flat out refused to drink it. We tried several times. The biggest problem is that since we tried offering her the formula bottle she will no longer even drink a breastmilk bottle.

An ingredient list I felt good about giving my baby! Says it's for toddlers because "breast is best" but I found nutrient list to be comparable to all the other formulas. Dr said so too. I tried it with my baby at about maybe 4 months old but it constipated her so I switched back to Similac. Dr said it's the brown rice syrup that constipates this young. I also tried brown rice cereal for her at 6 months and it constipated her. But when I switched her to Baby's Only after her first birthday, along with food and cow's milk, it was no trouble. I liked the idea of the brown rice but her body wasn't ready for it.

This formula was reccommended by a friend. I did my research and decided on Baby's Only. I use it as an addition to my own breast milk, as I don't make enough for my hungry guy. It seems like he can't tell the difference, he loves it! It's pretty sweet and tastes well compared to other formulas on the market. I like the fact that it's organic, doesn't stain and doesn't cause stomach problems, as he is pretty prone to those... YES! Buy it!

I'm disappointed coming from our pediatrician. She did not approve this product for my 8 month old son. She told me that the mineral portion is much higher than it is recommended for this age. It can cause kidney failure. I will use this product later because my son liked it very much, it tastes good, and we did not have any problem with it.

I have been using this to supplement my breast milk and so far it has been perfect. We did experience minor constipation but resolved that quickly by using probiotics.

We use this product to supplement my own production. We researched all the "organic" formulas, and this is by far the best. Our daughter did have some constipation with this, but we started adding an ounce of 100% apple juice (we just replaced one ounce of water with it) and it fixed it. Our daughter was a preemie too, so they're digestive systems tend to have more sensativity then others, so that could be part of the problem. Other then that, we love this. Also, be sure to check around- Diapers.com price matches this for me everytime I order it. :-)
