I just had my third baby and this is the first time I've used this brand of diaper rash cream (not sure it was available with my last two)... it is absolutely the best. Isn't greasy and goes on super smoothly. Goes a long way to relieve little bums.

I wanted to love this cream, but on my daughter's diaper rash it unfortunately just didn't work as well as the old tube of A+D in the bottom of my diaper bag. I bought this cream based on customer reviews and also the fact that I have used other Babyganics products that I love. This cream seems to have a slightly grainy texture, and for whatever reason it just didn't seem to help the diaper rash all that much.

Nothing has helped my son for his diaper rash. After trying pretty much everything else, I bout this because it had a promotion going. I instantly knew this cream will be great. I saw an improvement after the first diaper change. By the third diaper change the redness was gone! Its awesome! I am dfinetly sticking to this and recommending this to everyone! It can be a little pricey, but with the right protion (ike the one on diapers.com now buy 1 get one free) its a great buy and so worth it! Thanks babyganics! my baby had a horrible rash and I used Desitin on him. He screamed and hated it! His rash got more raw with it. Used this cream and it went away! NEVER CHANGING THIS CREAM!! LOOOVE IT!

When my daughter got a diaper rash at less than a week old, I asked both our pediatrician and the nurses in the nursery at the hospital where she was born. Our pediatrician recommended Desitin and the nurses gave me a jar of cream that they blend themselves, a mix of Desitin and something else, perhaps Vaseline or Aloe Vera. Her rash was pretty severe, with one very red raw spot that wasn't getting better. Even after several days of using the hospital Desitin blend, the red spot was still there and her whole bottom was generally pinker than the rest of her body.
So, I went online and started doing some research. After reading what felt like a million reviews, I decided to try Babyganics Hiney Helper Diaper Rash Cream. I am so glad I did! Within a few days, her bottom was the same color as the rest of her body and the raw red spot was significantly better. After a week or so, her diaper rash was totally gone! Baby B is seven weeks old now and she hasn't had another diaper rash that bad. From time to time, I'll see some general redness or tiny red spots. When I see this, I will apply a generous layer of Babyganics Hiney Helper to prevent a real rash from occurring. So far this has been a successful routine and I plan to keep this cream on hand for as long as Baby B is in diapers.
Because of how well this cream worked, I tried just about their whole line of products. Overall, their products work great!

We love this diaper cream. My son has very sensitive skin, and diaper rash has been a struggle since he was born. We have tried many creams (including expensive RX creams, California Baby, etc). Nothing works better than Babyganics. His bottom has been rash-free since we have started using this magic cream. You can't go wrong.

Our newborn came down with bad diaper rash and we had Butt Paste on hand because it was part of our registry. The redness went away but the little bumps never did! So, we tried Hiney Helper and the bumps went away overnight! We'll never use anything else!

First time mom with a beautiful baby girl. She has yet to have a bad rash, but I used this product at the first sign of red irritated skin and I immediatly liked it. It went on smoothly, it was cool to the touch. The red irritated skin was gone within two full days of use. I am a huge fan of babyganics products and would recommend this cream to other moms, especially if natural and green is your thing.
