Unscented, thick gel that works well on our baby's rash. We first used this product in July at the beach when our 4month old's diaper rash got really severe. It did not appear to sting her and effectively reduced the redness and rash.

It's really thick so I'm imagining it would be great for serious rash, although I haven't had to use it for that yet. It' not my favorite for everyday use because of it's thickness. It's like a vaseline type, but maybe even thicker. I prefer to use the cream when it's going on so often. I do like that it's petroleum free.

I purchased several different diaper creams and was disappointed with many of them. They either did not work well, were extremely messy, or too difficult to clean from baby's bottom. I was very suprised with this cream, I am so use to the creams with zinc in them thinking that no zinc will increase the chance of diaper rash. I have to say, I was wrong. I have been using this for about two weeks and no problems. Even with overnight use. I also really like that because it is clear like petroleum jelly it is not very messy like the zinc brands which can be a pain especially when you are not at home. Since I have twins diaper cream is always needed so now my two go to creams are this one and the burt bees.

So far, this has helped my baby's bottom. I was happy to find a diaper rash product that does not contain petroleum products or zinc.

Got this for my son and his wife for their 3rd son. My son said this ointment was magical. One diaper change stopped a developing rash in its tracks! Gone by the next change.
