Both of my kids have sensitve skin and dry skin issues. This cream works well to get rid of their dry spots, but isn't greasy like a lot of the eczema lotions I had tried. I use this religionly and their skin is great.

I use this with my 20 month old daughter a couple times a week. It's super thick and does a great job of softening her up in the winter time when her skin gets extra dry. She doesn't have eczema but it's still a great product. No offensive smell either.

We have been searching for a lotion that is more natural that would help with our child's eczema. We couldn't find one that actually did anything once the eczema was active. Wow, this one actually does soothe the skin and helps with the itch. With other lotions, the skin would be red and inflamed by evening, but not with this lotion!! We thank God for helping us find something for our child because eczema is a rough road for our little ones!

My daughter had red, scaly rash to cheeks. Tried some over the counter hydrocortisone as recommended by her MD. I didn't really feel comfortable putting it so close to her mouth, so decided to try something else. This lotion is so thick and creamy and cleared up her face after only a couple of days. I feel a lot better about using a product like this on her face and it works great.

This lotion works wonders for our son's eczema. He was on a steroid cream that did nothing. I found this lotion and starting using it instead and it completely cleared up his skin issues. Babyganics products are the best!

I bought this for my 4 month old's eczema skin. The cream is nice and thick and my baby's skin absorbed it immediately... but otherwise did nothing to really moisturize her skin and keep it moisturized. This cream also smells like pencil lead. Very odd. Diapers.com is GREAT with returns and I shopped around for other creams hoping to find one that works for her skin...Hope this works for you!

This product puts a waxy film on your skin which makes it feel silky and also protects it from drying out after a bath. However, that's all it does. It doesn't seem to soothe the skin, or heal it. I think this lotion has too many waxy emollients and that is why it acts the way it does. I found some great veggie-based lotions that really help my daughter and I'll continue using those instead of this

Before using Bye Bye Dry I used products recommended by my doctor. Theses products seemed to just lay on top of my sons skin instead of soaking in and moisturizing. I then tried Triple Paste Ezcema cream. It was better than what I was using but his skin was still dry feeling and rough. It actually stopped working. I found this product next. Within a week of using it, my sons skin returned to being soft and smooth. I was amazed because it hadn't felt that way since he was a new born. This product soaks into his skin and helps to heal the damage that's been done from the constant scratching. He still has times when hydrocortisone is also needed but it's not as often as it use to be. I am a believer in Babyganics products and highly recommend that you give it a try.

I have twins with eczema. I used another brand but it was too greasy and let a residue on them that would transfer to other items. This item works great and heals their dry skin quickly without all those extra chemicals, too. I wish I had found this product for my previous children.

I have already reviewed this product in the 3 ounce size. I just want to add that I only use this product on my son twice a day now- morning and night. This along with no more cow's milk products in his diet has restored his skin to baby soft. (When his excema spiraled out of control this past summer, it was red and raw at his wrists, elbows, and behind his knees. Where it wasn't red and raw, it was red and rough- especially his cheeks and chest. It was really horrible to look at but even worse was that my son was very uncomfortable as it was itchy and sore.)
