Those traditional bulb nasal aspirators just don't work. This does! That's the most important thing you need to know. It takes a good bit of lung power, and my son certainly doesn't enjoy the process. But he hates it less than the bulb aspirator, it's gentler to his nose, and because it's so much more effective, we have to use it less often. Hooray! This will be my go-to gift for new moms now.

Bought this when my 2 month old had a cold. It was easy to use and so gentle on her little nose - more so than a bulb sucker. Worked great in conjunction with nasal saline drops:)

More effective than nasal bulb aspirator, and doesn't have to go far into the nose. Use half of a facial tissue as a filter. My 18 month old still hates the process. Cleaning is more complex than nasal bulb aspirator; tends to be difficult to disassemble when wet.

This product has a soft tip, so it doesn't cut little nostrils when baby turns his head away quickly. All babies hate having their nose sucked clean, but this one at least does not leave scraped nostrils behind! And, the angle is much easier to use than the other products.

My son hates it when we even wipe his nose with tissues when he has a runny nose. Its like we have to always put up a fight with him to wipe the snot off. When I used this product on him, he actually laughed about it and didn't fight back! Too grateful for this!

I ordered this because we lost our Nosefrida, so I'd figure I'd test it out... big mistake. While I see that it tries to be like the Nosefrida, it just doesn't have enough suction which leads to a more irritated baby when I take twice as long to get mucous out of his nose. Tried it, dissapointed.

Our son hates getting his nose clean, but is always congested. After using this we are only having to clear his nose few times a week instead of a few times a day! It pulls so much out! The only draw back is it does take a lot of lung power from the parent.

My 3 month old tested positive for RSV in the ER after a scary episode of severe coughing resulting from overwhelming drainage in her airway. I ordered this as soon as we got home (based on a recommendation by my sister in law of a similar item, but liked this one even better) and received it very quickly, and it has made all the difference in her coughing. I feel that it is just as effective as blowing her nose would be at removing even congestion within her sinuses and at the back of her throat. It has been such a relief to have something on hand that actually helps to relieve her and speed her symptoms. I will definitely be buying this for shower gifts from now on, and have also highly recommended it to my baby's doctor.

I bought this because we lost our bulb syringe, which was just as well because my son HATED it. Originally I was going to buy the Nosefreida, but liked that this didn't require you to purchase special filters and that it could come apart for cleaning. It's so much more pleasant to use than the bulb, and while I can't say my son thinks it's fun, I can say that he lets me use it on him and doesn't fight me. Which is a big deal for a very independent 6 month old boy. Contrast this with crying and screaming like he was on fire when I used the bulb. I think it's almost just as effective as the bulb, but it is so much more comfortable for him that the difference in efficiency is negligible.

A few months ago my 4 month old son caught a cold and was extremely stuffy and had a runny nose. Listening to the poor guy try to breathe and feed with such congestion was heart breaking. The Comfy Nose was a great help with clearing his runny nose. It is extremely easy to use and a very convenient and fast working product.

I am a pediatric cardiac nurse and first time mom. My 6 month old was miserable one night w congestion so decided I needed hospital grade suction power bc the bulb DOES NOT WORK. It was 3am and I couldn't fathom another night of torture for him so I began to research and found babycomfynose. I did doubt this in reading use but watched demo video and decided to give it a shot. By far BEST decision I made. Being able to help him clear secretions made me feel better, him feel better, and got us all rest. I've recommended this to all my friends. You can produce so many levels of suction power it's unbelievable how this works. I used saline spray prior to suctioning to losen some secretions. Also use prior to feedings to soothe with bottle.

My sister who has a 6 month old baby has bought so many Bulb syringe/aspirators to clear her baby nose. Some were too big for the baby nose and others too small and hard to use them. She still end up using the green one from the hospital every time the baby got sick. My niece would get so upset that as soon as she saw the green bulb, she would start crying. So then my sister tried the
babycomfynose and amazingly my niece was ok and would let her or me use it on her without getting fuzzy. I really recommend this product to other parents. It is a must have product.
