I like the way this chair looks, but the straps are so complicated and don't stay tight. I don't feel safe leaving my baby in the seat without being right there next to him. When I put him in the seat, it's very hard to use the tray because the seat is so far down that the tray is in the middle of my baby's face. The tray is also VERY heavy. I would return this product for a refund if I could.

This is a great highchair and is super cute! My husband had to only pop on the wheels and it was ready to use. Very cute pattern and nice thick padded chair. Very comfy! It rolls super easily even on thick carpet and all the adjustments are easy to do. It has a smooth underside on the tray so no worries about baby scratching their legs- also the tray latch is covered so baby cannot kick the tray loose. I am a mother to 8 children and this highchair has really impressed me and I have seen and used plenty over the years. Wonderful!
