Comments about City Mini Double - Crimson / Grey (2011):

I actually loved loved loved this stroller but my children are taller than average and so it was uncomfortable for my toddler and would not last me two years.
I wish the stroller was at least 34" inch across or if they made one a bit wider it would have been perfect.

Comments about City Mini Double - Black/Black (2011):

I have had my city mini for 1.5 years now. I live in AZ where it is nice and sunny year round. I walk with the stroller everyday between 3-6 miles on sidewalks, paths and roads. We also use it in stores infrequently. My children are 3.5 (thin and tall-35 pounds) and 1.5.(chubby and tall-30 pounds). Both enjoy, are comfortable and fit well in the stroller. My youngest started riding at 5 days old (8 pounds) using full recline and a kiddopotamus snuzzler thing. I didn't get the car seat adapter because the one for my Chicco wasn't on the market yet at that time. I am expecting my third son in 3 weeks and is available for my infant seat (chicco) now, so I will probably buy it.
Every time I use the stroller, I am amazed at its performance. I don't have any problems with the wheels sticking. It has wheel locks, so maybe people who wrote that didn't know about the locks. If they are on, the stoller goes only straight. The sunshades have never fallen off. In fact they are the most awesome shades I have ever seen/used on a stroller. The handlebar on mine has not chipped or worn at all. If I had to complain about something, I would complain about the harnesses. They are a PITA to adjust. Once adjusted, they work fine. My other complaint might be that the storage under the stroller does not leave a lot of space to place a bag or something large in like a back pack. I have used it to grocery shop numerous times before, putting gallons of milk, canned goods, bags of chips, etc underneath. I had to put them in one at a time, but they all fit and didn't rip the netting or drag for the 2 miles home.
As far as its size and weight goes, I find it very simple to fold and store. It is not heavy, maybe a little bulky. It lays flat (when you pop the wheels off) and fits in my Pontiac's trunk leaving enough room for a extra large suitcase and something else. I can't say that for other double strollers. Most that I tried didn't fit back there.
One more thing...bought a glider for the back for my son once my third baby is born. Works great, love it. Easy to install.

Comments about City Mini Double - Crimson / Grey (2011):

When I bought this stroller it was the fourth stroller I owned after a desperate search for a good stroller for twins. This is the one! I wish I had know from the start. The seats recline independently, the sun shades operate independently and the stroller is super light and maneuverable. I thought I wanted a tandem stroller but I was wrong. This stroller fits through a standard size doorway, turns down a grocery aisle, rolls over grass and more, all with ease. It doesn't get 5 stars for the following reasons 1. It needs a parent console (you can buy one separately but i think it should come standard) and 2. the basket is a good size but is really hard to access.

Comments about City Mini Double - Green/Grey (2011):

This stroller is awesome for the most part. It rides smooth, it fits through a single door, it's lightweight for a double stroller, it is easy to fold up and set up, the hoods above give plenty of privacy for napping and protection from rain, snow, etc., seats will recline for sleeping or an infant, and the look of it is great. However, I have had this stroller for 2 years now and there are a few things I dislike. I do not like that there are no cup holders. They sell one you can add on, but if it is attached it will not fit through a single door. I do not like that the belly bar and trays are sold separately. I think they should have been included and are a must for toddlers. I did buy them both and I do not regret it. They are great for snacks, toys, and sippy cups. I highly recommend purchasing them. You WILL get your money worth. I would also recommend the carseat adapter if you plan on using this stroller for an infant. I never purchased it, but wish I did. It is not easy waking an infant up to move them from their carseat to the stroller when they are sleeping or if it is cold outside. It would be much easier to attach the carseat in the stroller. Lastly, the basket underneath is extremely hard to use, especially when your children are already sitting in the stroller. There are 2 net pouches behind each seat, which are great for storing jackets, blankets, etc. I also purchased stroller hooks for shopping bags and hooks from JJ Cole to hang my diaper bag on. Overall I would definitely recommend this stroller. It has held up awesome and has been extremely useful!

Comments about City Mini Double - Black/Black (2011):

Overall it's a good stroller, but it is very heavy and bulky (I refer to it as "The Boat). It is a smooth ride overall and my kiddos would nap in it for a while. The seats are pretty deep, so my soon to be 1 year old was very uncomfortable in it when he was younger. His 2 yr old brother fared a bit better. I think it would work best for older toddlers (weight capacity goes up to 100 lbs) and parents who own larger vehicles LOL
