I think this is the ugliest play gym out there, but my baby LOVED it! I ended up traveling with it and stuffing it into my suitcase, because I couldn't imagine a day without it. He is one years old and is almost done playing with the other pieces to this gym. what's nice is a lot of the accesories that comes with this can be played with after the baby grows out of the tummy time phase, so we have had a lot of use out of this play gym.

I have had the Baby Einstein Under the Sea play gym for both of my daughters (oldest is now 2, youngest is 3 months). My first daughter LOVED this activity mat, specifically the octopus that comes with it. When my second daughter turned 2 months, I dragged it out of the closet and low and behold... she loves it just as much! I am not sure what it is about this octopus... but it memorizes them. She laughs at it and grabs the ring, just like my oldest daughter did. I actually came online to see if the octopus was sold seperately. I saw the above review and had to write something. I am not sure what screws she is talking about? The gym simply consists of a mat and two hoops (plus the accessories which simply latch on) -- no screws required. Assembly is really easy. Overall I am thrilled with the mat.

This play gym is a hit with my 5 week old. I love how it has the black and white colors which he can see better when he was younger. He spends hours playing and doing his tummy time on this mat.

Was lacking a screw on delivery so had to buy my own to save sending it back. The grips don't tighten much so limited to what I could attach it too and even then it just flopped down. A waste of money really. If I had kept the packaging I would have send it back.

I have two complaints about this:
1. It doesn't clip on to the thicker sides of my daughters car seat... So I have to figure out how to make that work.
2. The music barely plays for more than about 15 seconds, my daughter loves the music, so I wish it played longer.

But, she loves the colors and features, the construction is great and when I can get it to stay put, she's happier in the car than she's ever been!

I never could get it to stay on anything...not worth the money. I ended up taking all the toys off so my son could play with them, because I threw the box away before making sure it was worth keeping...

Is perfect for our 3 month old daughter, she just loves the panda and the music the lion plays.
