Comments about Deluxe Security Harness - Black:

I didn't like this product at all. The only instructions that come with it are the ones on the package and they were difficult to understand. As for the fit, it is definitley not for all kids. If your child has a belly,(which most toddlers do) it doesn't fit properly. It kept wanting to ride up on my son and when I tried to tighten it he was uncomfortable. It didn't even look comfortable to me.
