Comments about One Step Food Maker:

I was very excited to use the Baby Brezza, but found after 5 or so uses, it would not work or fumction properly. I liked the product so much that I was willing to exchange the faulty one for a new one, in hopes that it would solve my issue, sadly, the new one I received had the same result and stopped working after about five uses. If the product worked reliably I would have rated this product five stars. It was easy to use and made making baby food a breeze, but not worth the money if you cannot use it beyond 4-5 preparations, obviously. It was a huge dissapointment, I really like the product, but cannot recommend until there is some quality control that guarantees a working product. I have researched this product and found many similar stories of individuals buying 2-3 machines before getting one that would work.

          Service and delivery comments:

I am hugely impressed with the service I received at Diapers.com. Fastest shipping, easy returns, pleasant customer service. I would definitely buy other products from Diapers.com again, based on the service I received alone. Fabulous. The person I spoke to was pleasant, kind, understanding and made returning this product a breeze.

Comments about One Step Food Maker:

We loved this item at first. Then it spit out a black goo fromt the motor and stopped working. We bought all the accessories too!

With the item broken, I had to steam vegetables and then put them in the blender. I bought the Baby Brezza to avoid this 2 step process...but it actually turned out to be WAY LESS WORK and MUCH EASIER to use the stove to steam and then the blender. When you use the Baby Brezza, you can only make small batches of food (like 2 cups per steam). It would take us up to 3 hours to keep doing cycles and packing the food to freeze. With my blender, it took me one cycle of steaming, then blending, and I was DONE!

Love the baby brezza! It is so easy to use-- I literally do nothing but chop the fruits and veggies, the brezza does the rest. I am not sure why there are a couple negative reviews on this site-- if you check out other websites, the baby brezza is the most preferred and loved by other moms! It really makes baby food preparation a piece of cake. I couldn't be more impressed.

Comments about One Step Food Maker:

This is a wonderful one step baby food maker. It steams and blends all in the same container. You just put in your food set it and walk away. As a stay at home mom with two small children I don't have time to mess with timing several steps and cleaning a lot of equipment. This is perfect! There are wonderful recipes and instructions included. Yes you may have to blend it a bt more once it is done. This is nice though since you know what stage food your baby is ready for and can adjust for that. I would say it blends it to a stage 2-3 purée so for my 6 month old I blend it a minute more and it's done. Great product that has made my life much easier. I honestly doubt I would be making baby food at home if we didn't have this easy baby food maker.

Comments about One Step Food Maker:

I love the concept but unfortunately it just does not work. The first one I bought continuously shut down half way through the steam. I could not figure out why, I added water, checked all the trouble shooting. Finally I just returned it and got another one. After buying a second one, I noticed that all the food tasted like rubber/the motor. I made 5 purees, throwing away the very expensive organic fruit. I could not eat it myself much less give it to my infant! It tasted horrible. A simple apple tasted like tire rubber. The drill (forgot what it was called) is probably made of cheap material and should never come in contact with the food. But it does. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I choose the old fashioned way of steaming and blending.....

Comments about One Step Food Maker:

I got this item as a baby shower gift and thought it was going to be the best thing ever. Now I have an 11 month old and have homemade all of his baby food, but not with the baby breeza. The batch sizes are too small and it takes a long time. I work full time and need to make large batches of food to freeze. I just steam then puree in a nice blender. I did an experiment one night- in the time that the baby breeza made 6 ozs of carrot puree I had made almost 40ozs. Furthermore, the breeza puree's texture wasn't smooth, because despite having taken so long it still hadn't steamed the carrots sufficiently...Its just not worth the time or counter space.
