I bought this for my friend to use since she is having a home delivery. It worked absolutely wonderful for her. The gown is easy to get on and off and has openings in the front for nursing. It is a little costly, but the gown washes well and can be used for multiple deliveries or as a nursing gown or postpartum nightgown. Overall, my friend was very pleased with this gift.

I bought this Gownie after seeing it on TLC's The Baby Story, took me a while to find it. I love the fact that it snaps all the way down the back and has these off the shoulder snaps that easily open for nursing. The fabric is super soft and the print is beautiful, I like the fact that it has a pink trim, makes it more unusual. I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

It felt really nice to bring something from home. I received this gown at my babyshower including another one that was pink and white dotted. It was such an unusual gift and I would never have thought to get myself one, but after wearing mine during and after delivery it will always be something that I will buy for my friends. I loved the colors and prints, and the cotton fabric was nice and soft. It also has snaps in the back which allowed me to walk around without concern. I did wear the second one during my recovery and I enjoyed being able to breastfeed my daughter with the easy snaps they have in the front. I have washed them and they both look like brand new all ready for hopefully my next delivery.

Was not nearly as nice looking as in the pictures, seemed dull, faded and flat. Was just really disappointed in the fabric and feel of the gown- construction and fit were fine, but could not justify keeping this for fifty dollars when, in my opinion, it was a mediocre item at best. If you are hesitant about getting one based on practical reasons (probably will be ruined, etc) or price, I would suggest not wasting your time with this.

I just delivered my beautiful little girl and wore this Ella Gown in the delivery, I had so many nurses and other patients comment on how nice it was, and truthfully it felt great! It covered me properly as it has snaps all the way down the back and I could breastfeed my daughter with ease. Pictures look adorable, my only regret is that I didn't know about these for my first delivery, it was well worth the money for me.
