We'd been using the 3+ for a while, and I wish we would have switched to the Fast Flow sooner. Our baby is 10.5 months, and we are switching over to sippy cups. These are perfect for bottle feedings at this age.

This nipple is perfect if you are adding rice cereal to your formula. Our 4 month old has no problem eating the thicker formula with this nipple.

My older baby loves the fast flow nipple. She has a busy life, crawling and exploring to be done so feedings are not so important to her now. But the fast flow nipple allows her to drink fast and still get back to playing without too much distruption!

This is one of the best feeding systems I have used. We were worried that Emmalee wouldn't go back and forth from breast to bottle but she has done so easily from day 1!! I tried other nipples and bottles and she would get too much air or couldn't get milk fast enough and fell asleep.

LEAKING!FRUSTRATING;cost a lot to clean carpets; furniture ruined.Tried everything;still leak.Called CS for "instructions" to screw on nipple ring-you feel real stupid doing this! If it isn't tight, my daughter unscrews the thing & milk is all over. I've had it & am buying something new.

These bottles are overrated!! They leak way to much and cause to much air in the bottle causing to many bubbles in the formula.

i live in the philippines and avent products cost double here ,,but because my baby loves it so much im more than willing to take the extra work in ordering through the internet just to get the product,, my little boy is a year and a half old now and still loving his avent bottles!!!

I do like these bottles, except for the leaking from the collar, it does get annoying after a while, but once you get the feel of when to stop tightening it you'd be suprised at the results, no leaking!! :) I have never had a problem with the nipple popping off, don't know why it would if you assemble it right, but who knows?

I have been very satisfied with the Avent system. Many of my friends also used Avent and were pleased. I did have some problems in the beginning with leaking, but I corrected it easily after I learned I was over tightening the nipples and rings. They wash wonderfully and still look brand new after 5 mos. I like the option of buying various flow rate nipples and that it converts to a sippy cup. I will easily be able to use this system with baby #2 without having to purchase new supplies.

I have heard that babies get gas and cry all the time, but NOT my baby Karra. Karra has not had a problem with gas, she is now 5 months old. I have 13 bottles at home with infant nipples and I am getting ready to purchase the 6-18 month old nipples. GREAT PRODUCT AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Never had a problem with the nipple popping off (I have no idea how that would even happen) or leaking. My son has no problem going from bottle to breast and back to bottle. We will go to the fast flow nipples this weekend and sippy cup attachments soon - I have already purchased them.

I LOVE Avent! My son had no problem going back & forth between breast & bottle. Also, I like that there are different flow systems, for the different ages. The nipples hold up very well. I change about every 3 months - rotating about 6 nipples (he uses 2 daily). Also, the Avent hand pump is the BEST!! It is so much better than the $300 electronic double pump that I hysterically bought within 2 weeks of my son's birth - and used less than 1/2 dozen times! I was able to pump as much as with the electronic pump, in the same amount of time (pumping one side at a time) and more comfortably & portably - since no electricity was needed).

My daughter refused all other nipples, so I had to stick w/ Avent. I did not like it because the nipple would come off and also after you close the bottle it would leak. This happened so many times, even after I took off the top and screw it back on. I don't know what cause this, my daughter would end up with very wet bibs.

I really like using the Avent bottles. I first heard of them from a co-worker and she was right, they are really good. At first I found them a bit digusting as they would leak milk but I found how to make them work. I really really love them. Now my son is seven months and I am trying to get him to use the cups. They too are very nice. I like the bright colours.
