I have two children and in the past year have gone through at least 5 of the regular wire bottle brushes, because the wire neck had worn down and broke. But not any more, this was the best bottle brush yet, the only change would be the nipple portion, but considering what I have been through with the other brushes this can be over looked.

We ask: why is it impossible to make a decent bottle brush?! Some are bad because the sponges are flimsy or nasty; some the stand topples over; some lack nipple cleaners...
This one has no sponge (yay), has no stand (boo), has a pitiful yet extant nipple cleaner (meh) and is my favorite of the pack, but what a sad, sorry pack it is! The main REAL problem of designing a bottle brush should be that any (especially breastfeeding) mom ends up using multiple bottles. I have a Medela electric pump (and bottles), two Lansinoh hand pumps (and bottles), some Momma and some Avent bottles - why none of those bottles are stellar begs a different litany. BUT if only the necks of SOME bottles were standardized...but no, not even close - it's like trying to design a toothbrush that suits a hippo and a koala! This brush is great on my Avent bottles, since it is an Avent brush. It can't reach effectively inside my Momma bottles and when I use it for my Lansinoh or Medela bottles, I get completely soaked when I pull it out of them because the necks are too tight. Beyond using a dishwasher and owning more bottles than I care to own, I have no solution.

I use Dr. Browns bottles. This brush fits perfectly in them. Best bottle brush I have used. Totally worth the $$.

We use this product to clean those 9oz bottles and the reach is much better than other brushes we have. This brush is very durable and gets in the corners of of the bottles.

Con: The nipple end doesn't clean very well.

This is by far the best bottle brush ever. It's durable and it cleans so good with only a few scrubs. You don't have to keep scrubbing over the same area multiples of times.

This brush is very sturdy. Once wet, the bristles become soft and can clean even small, narrow bottles. It does an excellent job.

After reading the other reviews I bought this brush instead of another wire handled one and I am glad I did! My wire brush lasted 2 months, this one is going to last a long time. Don't waste your money buying and replacing the brushes with the wire handle, this will be the last brush you buy. Another reviewer said it doesn't reach the bottom of 8 oz bottles but I have the evenflo 8 oz bottles and it works great on them. Only thing is I wish it came with a holder, I am using the one from my old broken brush.

The best brush!! Forget about other ones. The bristles of the Munchkin one were so hard, it was impossible to put in or pull out of the bottles. I have to use the cheap soft ones with the sponge on the top, the sponges felt off pretty quickly each time. I was replacing the brush every two to three weeks, until someone in BabiesRUS insisted that I buy this one. I'm so glad I listened!

It took me 3 years to find this brush! It is not perfect but after being through brush after brush (various brands) that broke after a month of use, I was extremely thankful for this one. The reason I say it's not perfect is because I use it for the 8oz (long) Dr. Brown bottles and the handle of this brush is almost too short for those, but I manage. I also wish the handle had a better grip at the end of it. And you will need to buy a separate nipple brush. With that said, this brush is very durable and won't bend or break after a few uses. The bristles are very soft too and get the gunk out better than that little spungy thing other brands like to put on the end. And the price is wonderful, I would still buy it even if it cost twice as much because of the quality.

I use this to clean the bottles that come with the breast pumps - the smaller bottles. It works great and is an inexpensive alternative to some of the other brushes. Dont get me wrong, I'm a gucci girl at heart but after going through 3 Born Free brushes at $10 a pop, this is a good brush at a fair price.

I was DESPERATELY looking for a good bottle brush. I have gone through at least 10 since my son was born 8mos ago. All the sponges deteriorated in less than a month, if even not a couple of weeks. This brush works great for bottles, even without the sponge, but is not good for nipples. I use it on Dr Browns bottles and Medela bottles with no problem, however, the head of the cleaner is too wide to fit into the Dr. Browns stems and my pump pieces. I just use regular kitchen sponges to clean those and all is good with the world.

I wish I found this months ago and saved some money and aggravation on the others!
