My daughter had horrible diaper rash and this worked great to HEAL and protect. Tried desitin, Palmer's cocca butter, boudreaux's butt paste, and aquaphor with no success. After a few days of Aveeno treatment it resolved. We will now use this daily at bedtime.

I first was attracted to this product because its cost per ounce was less than the cute Cajun variety I had been supplied with as baby gifts. I found this rivals the quality and performance of another diaper cream named after a Doctor, that is available behind the counter at the pharmacy. The cream is unscented, smooth and thick, really sticks where it is needed, but wipes off easily with little appreciable residue. I've run out of the other brands, thank goodness, so my baby's hiney only gets the most effective treatment when he needs it. Give it a shot!
