We use this lotion after bathtime to lock in moisture and combat the drying effects on my children's eczema-prone skin. I've tried close to ten different lotions that promise to treat eczema, and this is the only one that really did the job well. It's the only one I've continued to purchase.

This lotion is not at all greasy, it absorbs quickly and doesn't have much of a scent. I'd say the only thing I don't like about this product is the cost, but it's such a great product that it's still worth it.

This is what my aunt, who is a neonatologist, recommended for our son's eczema. It's pretty good, but is not nearly as good as Oilatum, an anti-eczema cream in the UK that goes on smooth and seems to have more staying power without being greasy; it did wonders for our son's skin.

Our 2 yr. 10 mo old has had eczema since she was a newborn. We've tried various creams, including steroid cream and the Aveeno eczema cream truly works, when nothing else has. Her skin is more even, less prone to eczema breakouts and she is really happy with it. It's incredibly effective.

My daughter has had eczema since she was 2 months old on her face and body. I started using this product a week after it flared up and she has not had another flare up since. She is 6+ months old now. She does have 1 patch on the back of her leg since she was 3 months old which has not completely gone away but it is only in 1 spot, no where else on her body. The Aveeno lotion seems to keep flare ups away. It is also fragrance free and good for her sensitive skin.

I used this on my daughter with very dry and irritated skin. After a day of using this lotion 3 times a day, all of the irritation was GONE. She had that smooth soft skin that babies are known to have. I was shocked and so happy to know that she was no longer in pain due to her irritated skin. We had tried everything else out there.. aquafor, vasaline, baby oil.. everything and nothing works like this does. Buy it, you wont complain!

My baby girl has mild eczema and extremely dry skin. I happened to see this one day at a store and decided to try it out. It really works! Her eczema is gone now except for the occasional flare up (due to her allergies). Her skin is smooth and moist. I recommend this to my BFF for her baby's severe eczema and it helped him too. Definitely buy in bulk!

I have tried several different brands of lotion on my son as he gets little patches of eczema. This is the only one that will keep the eczema at bay. I gave 4 stars because I don't love the smell and it is quite expensive.

This lotion has worked on our daughter's baby eczema and is a very moisturizing cream to boot. I use it as hand cream after hand sanitizer during diaper changes.

I've never had eczema and didn't really know what it looked like, I just went to change my daughter and saw red and inflamed patches on her stomach, her upper arms which seems to be triggered by heat. This lotion clears it up in about 2 days. Takes away the dryness and irritation. I also but a little on her crater cap and that's gone too.

My children all had baby eczema, but my youngest (who also has food allergies) is the worst. Trust me, after 3 kids with eczema, I've tried every product out there...then I discovered Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy. It is by FAR the best thing for my daughter's skin. The only thing that has even come close to it is the Gentle Naturals Baby Eczema Cream, which I thought worked great,(but greasy)...until I found Aveeno. Now I won't buy anything else!!

My 4 month old has some of the worst eczema I've seen. I tried Aveeno Soothing Relief Moisture Cream for eczema at the recommendation of his pediatrician (who we've since left -- the next thing she wanted to try was a steroid cream) and it did nothing. I tried everything after that -- Aquaphor, simple Vaseline, all sorts of creams and lotions. I saw this on the shelf next to the other Aveeno products recently, and even though it was a bit pricey I decided to try it. My son's eczema was just GONE within a day. All the dry, red, scaly patches on his back, trunk and arms and legs had disappeared. He is so sensitive to everything I've had to remove air fresheners from the house, switch the laundry detergent to an all-natural one for the whole family, and I've even had to start using Ivory soap on MYSELF because he's sensitive to soaps and perfumes and I'm the one holding him the most, not to mention nursing him. All that to say, his sensitive skin has no problem with this cream. It's a bit greasier and less opaque than the aforementioned soothing lotion (as you'll notice while applying), but soaks into the skin well. This is hands down the best eczema cream you'll find over the counter. I pair it with Aveeno Cleansing Therapy Moisturizing Wash for best results and I'm more than pleased.

My 3 month old granson has eczema all over his body. After trying other 'deep moisturizing' products, which did not work for him, I bought Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy and his skin was 80% better over night. I was surprised at how thin it was and how smoothly it went on his skin. But it sure did work!

Now his skin has never been so soft. My daughter puts it on him 3-4 times a day. He's also not as fussy and not scratching at his head like he used to. He's much more content.

Just keep in mind that what works for one might not work for another. However I highly reccomend that you try this product.
