My son has not been diagnosed with Ecezma, but he has my very sensitive skin. This lotion is thick and slippery and feels a bit tacky on the skin after application, but it has cleared up the rough red patches on my son's arms and cheeks overnight. I had been using Cetaphil, but I like this much more!

My daughter has eczema on the back of her knees and her stomach & under her eyes. I wasn't sure what to do until my friend recommended I give her oatmeal baths & that really helped now after all her baths I apply this cream to the areas where she has it really bad & I almost instantly see an improvement! I really love this I use it on my baby everyday

My 6 month old has eczema and this is the only lotion that she can tolerate. It is perfect! I put it on twice a day and it leaves her skin moisturized and helps prevent eczema flareups. (Aveeno's Eczema Lotion is another life saver) At birth I tried the populat brand which is was all water it felt like. I love Aveeno!

This is wonderful cream, particularly if your child has eczema, but really for any little one with dry skin. Alone it's not enough to treat moderate to severe cases of eczema, and don't believe any marketing that might make you think otherwise. That said, in addition to whatever treatment a dermatologist might recommend for your child with eczema, it is excellent. My son had moderate-severe baby eczema and this product was and is great - never caused any irritation, only helped!

My baby seemed to like the soothing relief lotion better than this one. Even when most of the dry rash was gone, she seemed to like that one better. The smell on this one is not that great to me. Its not horrible smelling, but not one that I would prefer my baby smelling like either, which maybe another reason she doesn't like it. I would recommend the soothing relief one over this, but still offer it as an option. It does mositerize and makes her skin smooth

After using other moisturizers for my little one's eczema, I'm thrilled that this one actually works and worked quickly to give her nice soft, smooth skin without feeling heavy or greasy.

I bought this for my baby's eczema skin based on other reviews. This is a very lightweight cream - should actually be called lotion. It didn't irritate her skin, but it also didn't moisturize her skin either. Diapers.com has a great selection and great customer service, so I returned this product and shopped around for another cream.

My doctor gave us samples of this lotion and within two days my baby's dry rough face due to acne was soft and acne looked much better. I had no idea there was something so soothing, without irritating fragrance or additives. Definitely a fan.

My baby doesn't have Eczema but has very dry skin. After trying several other brands, this one works!

Really I cannot thank aveeno enough for making such an amazing product. My baby started to have eczema all over his back at around 2 months and after going to the doctor and using the eucerin samples she gave me .. I was getting a little frustrated that it wasn't improving because I really wasn't looking forward to moving onto steroids etc. A friend recommended this cream on a Thursday I ordered it that day, it arrived to me from Diapers.com on Friday and by Sunday night what a difference! I continue to put it on 3 times a day. I am so happy and so is my baby boy! He started to finally sleep through the night (he is now 5 months) ... I'm wondering if it's because he finally got some relief?!
