This is a good product to use for babies with sensitive skin or eczema. I use this as a shampoo and a wash on my baby every day. This is tear free and my son loves to play with the bubbles.

Great for sensitive skin! No fragrance, cleans well! Doesn't irritate my sons skin, I like how it is both a body wash and a shampoo! Leaves hair clean and shiny!

We tried SO many different products with our son, who has many allergies and gets lots of rashes. He also has eczema. This product has been the best because it is great for sensitive skin, has no fragrances and you can use it all over, so you are not looking for something different to use in their hair!!

When I found out that my infant daughter had eczema I remembered that my hair dresser's infant daughter had eczema and she mentioned that she used Aquaphor and her daughter's eczema all but disappeared. I have used this product for the last 17 months on my daughter and her eczema is under controll. This product leaves no residue and washes of very easily, especially when I shampoo her hair and you don't have to use a lot of this product to get the desired result.

I have tried many products for "sensitive skin" and even the most expensive thinking it would help. Nothing was working until I found Aquaphor!! This product worked the very first time we used it. My son had very dry patches on his upper arms and back and it is all gone!! The ointment is awesome too and use it all the time on the whole family!! I would reccomend this product to anyone!! You will not be dissapointed!

I have been using this on my 13 month old son since he was a newborn. It is so gentle on sensitive skin and doesn't hurt if he gets it in his eyes.

Great product, I am using it all the time for my 2-year old twins in both their bath water and on their hair. My son has sensitive skin and this is the only product that I can use safely with him. And best of all, it does not sting in their eyes and we never have any tears when using it!

No scent and makes hair clean and soft - doesn't dry skin. BUT, this bottle drives me nuts b/c it is so tall and skinny that it won't stand up. It is also very slippery for some reason which becomes messy as you spill it all over the tub. I won't buy this again for that reason, as silly as it sounds.

I have tried many different brands of wash for my daughter because she has sensitive skin and is allergic to many things. Finally, I tried Aquaphor and I love it. It is very gentle on her skin. Her skin does not break out or dry out. It also smells very fresh and clean. I have nothing bad to say about this product. I just wish they carried larger sizes.

We had initially used several other body wash/ shampoos for our second son, each was too harsh for his sensitive skin. He has had skin troubles since he was born 12/2011, this product eliminated those problems! His skin no longer gets dried out, and neither does his scalp. He is clean and moisturized to the perfect amount. Love this product, and with the aquaphor ointment after a bath, its the perfect combo.

When my daughter was a baby, she had cradle cap, and the shampoos we tried could not get the scales to go away. The first time we used Aquaphor Gentle Wash & Shampoo, we noticed a difference. Not only does it get rid of the scales, it's also tear free, which is great. We still use this shampoo on my daughter every day, and will continue to do so. We love this product!

We didn't like Johnson and Johnson it was to drying for the scalp and the scent seemed so overpowering. This is so mild. Love it!
