These little packets of mac and cheese were very easy to take with us recently on a trip. The food is packaged in individual packets that take up very little room. All you need to prepare the food is water and a microwave. I'm more likely to prepare something from scratch on normal occassions, but these are great to keep on hand for travel, visiting friends or a night when you need something simple.
