I'm not one to make dinner from a box but my husband often works evenings so cooking for myself and the kids is very un-eventful. I have always avoided these types of dinners because of the preservatives and additives that are in them. I was pleased to see that a company like Annie's was making this so in the name of convenience we gave it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it tasted and my normal picky kids loved it. The ingredient list is short, simple, and mostly organic so that is a plus. The noodles cooked up great (not chewy or mushy) and the flavor was just like lasagna. It didn't look quite like the picture on the box but tasted good. I even added some ricotta to mine and it was delish. We will buy this again!
