Robe gets five stars, service gets 2.

This robe is really soft and lovely in person. I ordered it with embroidery and in an XS. It arrived as a Small and without the embroidery. While I don't mind the size increase (the small does seem rather small), the quality control during the holidays was a disappointment.

I know my daughter, who wears a 2T, will love this robe.
