I use these everyday I need to order another size. These are just the right size the standard flanges were why to small so I bought the next size up and those were to small to so I bought the x-large to xx-large. I have to use these without the insert. If you DO NOT need a large flange do not buy these because doing so will cause you pain but if you need the larger size go ahead and buy it because these are great and easy to clean. I love the one piece construction of them.

Overly large openings make every pumping a painful nightmare; stick with the 30.5 flange even if you have a DD breast, trust me.

I use the larger flange with the manual pump. I normally wear a 34DD. While breastfeeding I am an H cup. The flanges make pumping sooooo much better. I wish I had known about this option when I was pumping back in 2003.

I purchased these because I have large nipples and they would rub against the interior of the standard flange after about 5 minutes of pumping causing some discomfort. The description on these custom flanges stated that there's no chance of buying the wrong size. I've tried them twice today and they are too big. They cause pain to my areola's from the sucking action. The lesser of the two evils is to use the standard flange. I did some further research after testing these and found that they make a medium and large sized flange so I will try those.

These are not replacement flanges for those looking for some. These are larger flanges that can customize between two sizes with one purchase. The description even states that these are larger, so I do not understand the comments by people who were caught by surprise by this fact.

I needed larger flanges and these work. I do need to use the insert and find it annoying to have that extra piece that wants to fall out when getting it settled, but it's what I needed. The smaller flanges were not working for me at all.

All in all, I got what I needed and it was nice that if I needed the larger size, it is included rather than having to buy yet another set.

I ordered these to replace my second broken flange. These are great as they are a better plastic product and less likely to break as the other ones did. I would highly recommend these and they are also BPA Free.

when my regular sized flanges melted in the microwave, i had to buy new ones fast. so i bought these since they were the only ones in stock. the description said they would work for everyone. well, they don't work for me. these are EXTREMELY big. and i cannot get half the amount i was able to get before. so do NOT waste your money if the regular sized flanges worked for you before.

These particular flanges are so big! the product description says that there is no way of buying the wrong size because it comes with an insert, but thats incorrect...I bought this product and the flange was too large to really even stimulate my nipple, I could hardly pump any milk because of this. It even says right on the box that there are different sizes available... diapers.com only carries this one size! Just so you know exactly what youre buying.
