I've used Always pads for a long time. These are really good for all night and should take care of your needs. The adhesive is strong and holds the pad in place. Great coverage that takes care any 'accidents' you might have. I prefer the wings as they add extra protection for leaks. I have no complaints about them and will buy them, again.

For the last several years my life is ruled by my period. The flow has been so heavy that I have had to wear a tampon and two pads. I have finally found a product that eliminates most of my worry. They are extra, extra long, wings are wide and very absorbent. Please NEVER take these off the market!

If you're about to have a baby you should really get a pack of these. Better yet, get the two-pack! They are super long and cover the whole area, are super absorbant and keep you dry, and are surprisingly comfortable (or as comfortable as a pad this size can be).

I ordered these to have at home to use when I returned from the hospital after delivering my second child. These work well to prevent leaks from heavy bleeding postpartum. They are huge pads.

I've only seen these pads here and decided to try them due to extra heavy periods. They're basically hospital pads with wings. Seriously these things are huge! But they served their purpose and worked very well. Unfortunately I have to wear these during the day so they're not very discreet but still I'd rather have the extra protection.

I have always had a problem dealing with a very heavy flow for the first few days of my cycle. I just found this product and wish I had found it years ago, and known of it when I had my 2 DS. The pad is long enough for me (and I usually use the size 14+ pads - and still have occasional side/back leak problems)and absorbs wonderfully; especially when I get up at night, which has always been a big problem for me. I would highly recommend this pad!!

Four days ago I delivered my daughter and I find myself sitting for extended periods of time to nurse. Therefore, having a pad that isn't bulky is a blessing on my stitches! These pads are incredibly absorbent and very comfortable! I would suggest them to anyone!

After the birth of my first son I had very heavy bleeding and no pad that I had at the time was both comfortable, kept me feeling dry, and did not leak! I looked around for a pad that would help me after the birth of my second son and came across this one. I brought it to the hospital and used it instead of their huge bulky and leak prone pads that you had to layer one on top of another (If you've had a little one you know how uncomfortable this is)....I'm so glad that I did. My bleeding became a second thought and not a constant problem and I didn't have to "clean up" so many times during the day. I used them when I came home as well and never had a problem. Please all mothers to be, take these to the hospital with use and use them....you won't regret it. The pads that they give you are a Joke.

I have a fibroid so my flow was super heavy after giving birth and this is the only protection that offered me a no leak solution! At night I even had to wear two pads at a time but it stopped the leaking and allowed me to finally get a good night's rest.
