My 2.5 loved this painting set. It's all you need! We did feet and hand portraits...she loved it. It cleans up really nicely from body parts and clothes. The plastic containers and brushes clean easily even after days of the paint sitting in them (more importantly!:)
I just had a pack of wipes and used them to clean one color off her feet and then paint another. Makes for great gifts to family members. She asks to paint every day so I always say we have to wait until it's warm to go outside. Everything will get dirty so take off all clothes if possible

We even used bowls to mix colors to get purple, orange and green. Extra containers and brushes would be a good addition

Comments about My First Painting Set:

I really like the cups with the lids and the brushes that are easy to hold. Those items are worth the money for sure. However the paint is not as washable as you would like.

I got this for my 2.5 year old - he absolutely loved painting with it...and so did I. The cups with covers are great because it prevents spills, and the brushes are large enough for his small hands. Cleaned up great, too!
