Water came spouting through the first 5 minutes of use and it hasn't worked since. Could be the battery but do you really want another battery operated device?

This product is terrible because there is no switch on and off so it runs and makes noise all the time...really ridiculous!

This is a great idea if the thing actually worked. I purchased it a little while back and once I got it, the top spinning part wouldn't stay on and after the first bath it didn't work anymore, plus it is smaller than the picture looks. Do not waste your money.

My kiddos love this toy BUT it rusted on the bottom after the first use. ALSO after the first use the spout to squirt the water doesnt work even with a battery change. Im pretty upset about that. I emailed the company to let them know about their defective product. Unfortunately I didnt see the reviews prior to purchasing this ;(

This did not work from the start. When I tried to unscrew the battery compartment, the screws stripped and I was not able to get it apart. It looked like it wasn't assembled properly. It was a gift that went directly in the trash - don't waste your money.

Really cute toy, but stopped working after two weeks. I replaced the batteries, but that wasn't the problem.

There is no off switch so it keeps running unless you use a screwdriver and remove the batteries after each use.

The fountain worked great the first time, but when I took it out of the water, I found that any little water left on the battery terminal would turn it on. Also, rust appeared on the terminal soonafter, even after drying it off. The batteries only last about 2 baths anyway so not worth the constant battery changes by unscrewing the screws, etc......

When I first received this little boat, it didn't work. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement which worked fine for a few weeks but then the batteries died. It seems a bit soon for me to have to replace the batteries since the boat is water activated and baths are generally about 15 minutes. The boat itself is really cute but the little piece that sits on top is supposed to spin but I found that the water pressure was never enough to actually make it spin. The piece is also not attached so it's easy to lose if you have a toddler who insists on taking bath toys out of the bathroom. Also, my son (nearly 2 years old) didn't like the "chugging" sound the boat made. The little fan inside that forced water through the top makes a funny rumbling that he often asked me to turn it off, which meant removing it from the water.

Great boat, but it only worked for 2 weeks. The fountain just stopped working. I replaced the batteries twice. I am glad it wasnt't just me that had a problem. Spend your money on something else.

This is a cute boat and my son likes to play with it; however, it has never functioned as a fountain. I tried multiple batteries, etc. but no water ever flowed out of it. On top of that, the bottom rusts..so if you happen to leave it on your tile or tub, it will stain it with rust. I would recommend buying a less expensive boat for the bath that will provide just as much entertainment and no damage to your bathroom.
