My 2 week old was only sleeping for half hour intervals at night. Tried swaddling her all different ways and with all different types of blankets. Our first night using this to swaddle she was sleeping 3-4 hour stretches and last night she slept 7 hours straight at 3 weeks of age! I attribute it to this blanket. We use this at night since its cold here in the winter and use the bamboo swaddle blankets during the day. She sleeps so soundly when she is in either of them.

This product is worth it's weight in gold! It is luxuriously soft, washes well, has a cool design and keeps baby warm. My husband and I only wish they made blankets like this for adults. I highly recommend to anyone. Plus it's a great size to last until our baby has entered toddlerhood.

I resisted purchasing this because we received what seems like 50 baby blankets of various materials. I also have many aden and anais swaddle blankets in the muslin and bamboo, but we stopped swaddling at 3 months and the blankets are too thin for winter. As my 8 month old is very tall, the other blankets just didn't cover him well with all his movement. This blanket is great, larger than typical baby blankets but not too large for him to get tangled up in. Breathable, yet warm, I'm glad I made the purchase!

This blanket is really thick and snuggly and washes well. I am really happy with the extra large size as well.
