      Brand Savings Cards

      Brand savings cards entitle you to specified savings on designated brands for one year from purchase. Discounts are automatically applied to the current item price for qualifying items on the shopping cart screen. Currently, we are not offering any Brand Savings Cards. If you have previously purchased a Brand Savings Card, you will continue to receive your discount for the one year life of the card.

      Limit one membership per household per year. You must designate one shipping address per membership. If you have a change in address, please contact us at 1-800-DIAPERS (1-800-342-7377) or CustomerService@diapers.com so that we can update your account. Offer not good for commercial accounts or resale. Offer good on maximum of $1,000 in purchases for the one year life of the card. Product inventory and pricing are subject to change.

      Orders Subject to Sales Tax

      We are required by law to collect sales tax on certain items shipped to the following states: Arizona, California, Kansas, Kentucky, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped.

      State Reporting and Use Tax

      We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

      Colorado:
      Colorado HB 1193, enacted in February 2010, required online retailers to provide a detailed purchase report to customers with more than $500 of annual Colorado purchases by January 31st and to provide a summary purchase report with the total amount of each customer's annual Colorado purchases to the Colorado Department of Revenue by March 31st. This law is currently the subject of a legal challenge brought by the Direct Marketing Association and others. In the meantime, the U.S. District Court has suspended enactment of the law while the legal challenge proceeds.

      Oklahoma:
      For Oklahoma purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the Oklahoma individual income tax return [Form 511] or by filing a consumer use tax return [Form 21-1]. The referenced forms and corresponding instructions are available on the Oklahoma Tax Commission website, www.tax.ok.gov. We are required to provide the notice above for Oklahoma purchases based on Oklahoma law (HB 2359) enacted in June 2010.

      South Dakota:
      For South Dakota purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the South Dakota use tax form. The use tax form and corresponding instructions are available on the South Dakota Department of Revenue website. We are required to provide the notice above for South Dakota purchases based on South Dakota law (SB 146) enacted in April 2011.

      Vermont:
      For Vermont purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the Vermont use tax form. The use tax form and corresponding instructions are available on the Vermont department of taxes website. We are required to provide the notice above for Vermont purchases based on Vermont law (H 436) enacted in May 2011.

      Tennessee:
      Please be aware that purchases shipped to Tennessee may be subject to Tennessee Use Tax (T.C.A. § 67-6-210) unless an exemption exists under Tennessee law.A sale is not exempt under Tennessee law because it is made through the Internet. Payments of applicable Tennessee use tax may be made through the Tennessee Department of Revenue's Website at https://apps.tn.gov/usetax.

      New Customer Discounts

      From time to time, we offer new customer discounts in the form of promotion codes. Be sure to enter these codes in the shopping cart screen. After entering the code, you usually have to log in or register so we can confirm that you are a new customer. Only one New Customer Discount may be used per household.

      Average Costs

      The average cost for a year supply of diapers on our website is between $500 and $750 with free shipping, depending on the age of your baby and how many changes he/she requires. This is over 35% cheaper than most supermarkets and 40% cheaper than most drugstores.

      Do You Accept Manufacturer's Coupons?

      Yes, we do! Diapers.com accepts manufacturer's coupons and formula checks for all DIAPER, WIPES and FORMULA products that we sell, except the Kirkland brand. Manufacturer's coupons should be mailed to us at the address below before you place your order. Once we receive them, they'll be applied to your Diapers.com account (please allow 7-10 business days for processing) and automatically applied towards future eligible purchases of the specific product listed on the coupon, before the expiration date.

      Due to technical issues, we cannot accept BOGO (Buy-One-Get-One-Free) coupons at this time. We are in the process of updating our systems to accept BOGO coupons again and will update this message as soon as we have corrected the technical issues.       Flash Sales

      The Clothing & Shoe Shop regularly promotes Flash Sales, which are sales that offer deeper discounts on select merchandise for a limited time (usually up to 7 days).
