FAQs

1.	Are there any limits on the number of referrals or credits I can earn? No. There is no maximum to the number of referrals or credits you can earn. But please remember, each credit expires after 6 months.
2.	Does the code on the coupons you place in my account contain any personally identifiable information? No. It contains a combination of random letters and numbers so you can post it in public places, message boards, etc. without disclosing any of your personal information. If you would prefer to create a personalized code, that option is available.
3.	Can I use the $10 coupon in my account for myself? No. The $10 coupons are for new customers you refer to us.
4.	Do I only get cash credit if someone joins from my email or coupon? Anyone who enters your email address or referral code with their first order will get a $10 discount($49 minimum purchase), and you will get a $1 cash credit each time she orders.
5.	Where can I check the status of my referrals? Log in and click My Referrals at the top of the screen to view the status of referrals. Alternatively, you can access My Referral Manager under "My Account".
6.	Where do I go to print the $10 coupons for my friends? When you are logged in, you can print coupons from by clicking My Referrals at the top of the page and then selecting Print personalized coupons. Alternatively, you can also access My Referral Manager from the "My Account" menu and select Print personalized coupons.
7.	Do my referrals have to order every month for me to obtain cash credit? No. You get a cash credit EACH TIME your referral orders, regardless of how often they order.
8.	Where does someone enter my email or code to get the $10 cash credit (and for me to get the $1 cash credit )? Enter referral code or email in the shopping cart screen when placing their first order.
