"how do you guys do it? i ordered in the morning, and my shipment was there at the end of the same day seriously, how do you do it? i know you are owned by amazon but, in my 35 yrs of business i have never seen anything this remarkable in customer service and i forgot to include a coupon i had, and when i called about it - and someone picked up the phone immediately - quite a performance in these days of endless phone "twilight zone" my credit was given immediately the only bad news is that i am a sales rep seling to brick and mortar stores, and how can they compete with this? it's a new world out there"
