Great idea, not the best design

Comments about Nature babycare Eco-Friendly Diaper Disposal Bags - 50 ct:

I really wanted to like these and use them with my biodegradable gDiaper inserts when out and about, but they're not well designed. They can tear easily if you're not very careful. The roll is too bulky to stash in a diaper bag and not easy to use one handed, if you find that you forgot to get a bag ready before beginning. And lastly, the bags are entirely too tall, even for using disposable diapers. I try to put multiple diaper changes into the bags but this can be a smelly mess, so I feel like I'm wasting bags. The BioBags for pets, or diaper sacks by Classy Kids are a much better option. On the plus side, their size makes them good for containing messy clothes or trash when on the go.

not a good bag for diapers or anything at all!. rips so easily. i have not been able to use one bag without ripping and i am as gentle with them as i possibly can. Don't waste your money. there are better bags out there. and most of the time i don't even need them.

Comments about Nature babycare Eco-Friendly Diaper Disposal Bags - 50 ct:

These Diaper Disposal Bags are great!
They block all odors, but they are quite fragile. I think that this may be due to the fact that they are an earth friendly product, and made from bio-degradeable products... I still use them, but I know to be gentle with the bags when opening and tieing them. A great product! It is worth the being carefull with the bags, to help conserve the envionment.

After reading reviews, I was also hesitant to purchase. However with two kids and the tendency to change diapers on the go, I wanted something to use to dispose of diapers and a plastic baggy seemed counter productive to the earth friendly diapers I use! So I went ahead and tried these and have had no problem at all. I tear them apart carefully, I even pre-tear several at a time and keep them in them pronto changer. They hold several diapers, which is perfect for me.

I read the reviews before ordering and even thought I have some doubts about the durability of them, I still ordered them and I am so happy I did. I haven't have any issues or problems at all. I separate them carefully and so far none has teared. Love them!

These are great bags and I love that they are compostable. Yes, they are fairly thin and you do have to pay attention when separating one from the roll. In my experience, is true for all compostable bags.

I love these bags. You can't put a biodegradable diaper in a non biodegradable bag, and these bags solve that problem. Luckily, I've never had them rip like many others have mentioned. I've been using them for the past year and have been completely happy. I think you will be too.

Eco-friendly, handle gently!

Pros:

Cons:
Fragile
Best Uses:

Comments about Nature babycare Eco-Friendly Diaper Disposal Bags - 50 ct:

At first I had the same problems with the bags tearing frequently, but then I "pre-tore" them from the roll and had them ready to go ahead of time. You definitely need to be gentle with them, but they do serve their purpose if you take your time. The point of the Nature Babycare biodegradable diaper is lost if you put it in a plastic bag, so these complete the mission. They are also great for Gdiaper flushies when you are out and about and can't flush.

Comments about Nature babycare Eco-Friendly Diaper Disposal Bags - 50 ct:

I am not a fan of diaper genies or keeping used diapers in our baby's room....so these work well.We use a bag, and toss it straight into the outside trash. They only tear if you are too rough....I usually break 1-2 in each roll...no big deal. They are clearly only meant for 1 diaper change, so anyone stuffing 3+ in their bags are sure to have problems. With limited options available for non-genie users, this product is just fine. (Was sad when [...] stopped selling them!)

I like the idea of these, but...
By LumVerified Reviewer from California on 2/22/2009
Pros:
Eco Friendly
Cons:
Breakrip, Poor Construction

First Time Parent
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Nature babycare Eco-Friendly Diaper Disposal Bags - 50 ct:

I loved the idea of this product, as I use Nature Babycare's diapers - but these bags rip nearly every time I try to use them. And ripping when you're on the road and need a quick bag to throw a dirty diaper in makes this bag useless.

Comments about Nature babycare Eco-Friendly Diaper Disposal Bags - 50 ct:

Almost every bag ripped out of the box or when I opened the bag. Very few stayed intact. I often had to use more than one bag for the diaper which was not economical. The material from which they are made is too thin. If they improve the construction I will buy them again because I like the fact that they are biodegradable.

Comments about Nature babycare Eco-Friendly Diaper Disposal Bags - 50 ct:

I was very disappointed in the product. Almost every bag came out of the box ripped, sometimes at both ends! I have used other brands in the past. Those bags came in pouches and were a bit more sturdy. I am going back to my old brand.

Comments about Nature babycare Eco-Friendly Diaper Disposal Bags - 50 ct:

I wanted to love these bags but almost half of the bags are not sealed at the bottom seam! i thought at first that i was causing them to rip so i removed them very gingerly and then i inspected them closely to find the bottom seam was not glued or sealed at all rendering them completely useless. Not very environmentally friendly if you are just throwing them away! Their diapers and wipes rock though!
