I thought these would be a good value and the silicone safe for my baby... After a couple of washings the silicone seems to be breaking down.

I love these spoons. They are very easy to feed an older baby and even teach your baby how to hold the spoon himself. They are good to use with any food from yogurt to rice. They have a nice wide mouth so baby can scoop himself! They are very soft for teething gums and don't hurt the baby's mouth. Once a baby knows how to feed himself give him a toddle spoon. The tips can be chewed off easily!!! I have a 27 month old, an 11 month old and due agian in March. I own stock in these spoons!

We bought these spoons when our son was 10 months. They didn't work well, though the spoons are wide, not deep enough. So can only be fed with very thick/sticky food. Even so, my son nevee like them. I kept trying to use them again and again in case we used them too early, but never worked for us.

I agree that this spoon is not deep enough to hold my son's food. I haven't liked the spoon since we got them when he was 1. He has better luck with our adult small spoons.

My 5 month old just had her first rice cereal and these spoons are great. They hold the perfect amount and don't hurt their gums.

My four-year-old son uses these alot. He has a red one, and a purple one. His baby brother has the infant spoons in the same colors. Even though he is able to use a regular spoon, the handle is just the right size for a toddler/preschooler. It is important to purchase feeding products for the age of the child using them. These are not meant for feeding infants. Great for 12-18 months and up, depending upon the child. My son is small for his age, so these are great for him.

My three-year-old son still uses these and he loves them. I like the fact they are coated and stain resistent. He is still sensitive to metal utensils.

I bought these spoons and promptly returned them. While the spoons are nice and big, they aren't deep enough. As a result, food doesn't stay on the spoon. It slides right off before reaching my son's mouth! The Baby Bjorn toddler spoons are much better.

These are similar to the ones my mom used with us. We got a set in a gift basket and my 6 month old daughter realy seems to love them. They are terrific for first foods and little mouths!

I bought these spoons just as a trial, to see if my son would like them and now these are the only spoons we use. The are stain resistant, and great for a big eater!!
